Mick Falcone is the nephew of Don Falcone, of the former Falcone Cartel. He was their main hit man, and was known only as The Silencer on the streets.
The Marcone - Falcone War of 1999 annihilated the Falcone Cartel. Unfortunately, (or fortunately) Mick was in the Zig, convicted of murder during the war and survived. The Warden had Mick confined to solitary both during the war, and after, in an attempt to save the man's life from possible assassination attempts within the Zig.
After the assault on D-Block by Arachnos, Mick was given a second chance at getting even for his entire family. This tied in well with Arachnos, as they have had a problem with the Marcone's for some time.

Personality
A hard man who has been tempered by being the only blood survivor of the Falcone Cartel. He despises the Marcones, and will stop at nothing to bring about their destruction.

Abilities
Charismatic, Mick evokes a strong loyalty among his men. This is in no small part due to his direct blood relation to Don Falcone.
Weaknesses and Limitations
Mick's one weakness is the near fanaticism of his quest to destroy the Marcone Cartel. His only limitation is funding. However, he is slowly overcoming this obstacle.

Character History
Convicted in 1997 for 15 counts of Murder in the first degree. He denied any involvement with his uncle's organization, but everyone knew that Don Falcone ordered each execution. Sentenced to Life imprisonment with no chance of parole.
After being set free by Arachnos, he tracked down six men who worked for the Falcones that survived the war by integrating themselves with the Hellions and the Skulls in Paragon City, and the Goldbrickers in the Rogue Isles. He convinced them, along with quite a few others, to join him in his vengeance.
Trivia
The scar over Mick's right eye was caused by a knife fight in the exercise area of the Zig. The Marcone hitman died in the Zig's infirmary from several stab wounds.
