Personality
Rio since he was young was always a joker loving to play pranks, tell jokes, and have fun tho he can be quite shy sometimes. Since then not much has changed tho he has seen many things that have change his perception of the world in his travels through time, different dimensions, and life experiences and have somewhat hardened him to those around him.
Powers
Rios abilities are a mix of what hes taught himself and the powers that are granted to him from the Blades of Inner Strength and Blades of Inner Desire so his power is constantly evolving and changing.
Photographic Reflexes
From a very young age Rio had Photographic Reflexes giving him the ability to do almost anything he watched which made life as a street preformer so easy and fun. Rio trained his body to preform action that were hard for it to handle giving him an extremly high pain tolerance. Using this Rio later mastered many different forms of combat from hand to hand, melee weapons, and even ranged weapons.
Blades of Inner Strength
The Blades of Inner Strength grant the user the ability that they see fit for them. Depending on the person the power changes that they gain weather it be strength for the weak, speed for the slow or even hope for the hopeless. The ability granted to Rio was the ability to create mirror like portals that can bring him to different points in time and differnt dimensions to help others past, present, and future.
Apperance
The Blades of Inner Strength have no certian apperance just as they have no certian powers thier look changes as they see fit, in the hands of Rio the blades have a black and purple leather wrapped hilt with a dark grey blade with the words "Reflect into the past,Sieze the present,Look to the future!" writin in small letters running up the back of the blade from the crossguard. These Blades can also change the apperance of those that wield them.
Blades of Inner Desire
The Blades of Inner Desire are a set of daggers that pray on the weakness of a person granting them what they want but in return control thier actions which can completly coruppt a person if used for to long. Rio only uses they daggers when hes in a near death situation granting him the power to survive and fight on.
Apperance
The Blades of Inner Desire can change how they look to fit any situation but choose to look the sam most of the time, black talon shapped blades with a dark grey hilt and no cross guard.These Blades can also change the apperance of those that wield them.
Weakness
Rios main weakness is self-confidence, even with all the great abilities he has and power hes gained he still dosent believe hes strong enough to protect those he loves and those who need help leading him to use the Blades of Inner Desire more often then needed which could destroy him in the long run.
History
Rio was abandoned as a baby in London and raised by a family of poor and simple street preformers or so he thought , training from a very young age in all methods of entertainment by the age of 5 Rio had relized that almost anything that he had watched someone do he could do himself making his training very easy and his family very happy. After a few years of Rios family now had the money to leave London and start a new life somewhere else. The family had moved to America and more specifically Paragon City, RI a place of increased hero activity. They bought a nice place in Baumtown and now lived a happy life, Rio had even met a girl named Hope who he loved with all his heart . Years later on Rios 18th Birthday his father and mother gave him a great gift, Rio had learned that the reason he and his family had moved to Paragon City was that his father was the Hero known as The Regal Jester and they now believed he was ready for the power and responsiblity of becoming a hero like his father and generations before him. His parents had passed down the Blades of Inner Strength and mantle of his family to Rio and so he began to train and fight for what was right calling himself MirrorMove due to his mirror like abilities. Only a few months after this the attack on Buamtown had happened Rio along with many other heros went out to defend thier home but the did not prevail, Rio had been knocked out and badly injured after only 45 minutes of fighting by a powerful villian. BaumTown was destroyed and many lives were lost, Rio had been brought to the Steel Canyon Hospital by fleeing heros and when he recovered learned the news breaking his heart and almost shattering his dreams blaming himself for his loved ones deaths because he believed he wasnt strong enough, if it wasnt for Manticore who great words brought some faith and meaning back to Rios life tho still a broken hero. Rios last thoughts before disappering were he needed to become stronger so that an event like this would never happen agian and so his journey to find this power began. Now years have gone by and Rio has returned to Paragon City a changed hero ready to protect what is right!
Times of Awakening
Part 1:Inner Strengths Path-The Great Battle!
Rio a broken hero slept dreaming of his life before the tragedy of his family, his friends and his true love suddenly awoke to loud bell chiming out in the distance. Looking up from what he thought was his hospital bed relieze he was no longer in Steel Canyon but in a field outside of London and a place where as a child his family had takin trips to for picnics. Lying next to him in the grass he saw his swords glowing as he picked them up the blades along with his clothing began to change his blades now resembled old world rapiers and his clothing resembled a formal english tux but his mask remained unchanged. Unknown to Rio the blades had brought him to this place for a reason. Traveling to the city realized where and when he acctully was it was 1941 at the time the Freedom Phalanx was helping to repel the Nazis, out of no where he hears running feet and guns getting ready to fire , turning Rio sees a group of 5th Column heading towards him. With no time to react he turns back to run and hears the gun fire going off thinking this is his last moment of life fears hes failed agian but, as the guns continue to fire nothing happens as he looks back he sees a hero standing infront of him taking every shot without budging. Quickly after this then same hero attacks the soldiars taking care of them without a problem. Coming to his senses Rio reliezed that the Hero that saved him was none other the Statesman now walking over to him and putting out his hand asked his name and what he was doing here Rio shaking his hand responded that he was MirrorMove and he guessed he was here to help. States with a smile told Rio "Well if your here to help we'll gladly take it but u'll need some training but, theres not much time." Rio agian having his life saved and words of meaning being said to him went with States and began live action training going out fighting the 5th soldiars side by side with Statesman night after night learning quickly every move he saw. After a months of this States believed Rio was ready and that they could finnally put an end to this battle thats gone on to long. Statesman had planned to take out the largest 5th Column base in London whihc would cripple thier supply and moral and so the plan was set into motion. Having Rio sneak into the base and plant explosives at some major points to create a distraction, States would sneak in and take out the base power core then Rio would join him to mop up what was left. So the plan went on Rio did his job and States went in, only alittle while later as Rio went to join him he heard a large boom from the core thinking to himself something must be wrong he began to rush to help States. As he entered the room he saw a large villian in 5th colors holding States by the neck choking him to death and so Rio jumped in to attack quickly begin knocked away by a massive arm, going in for a second try he was slapped down agian and now the villian held him down with his foot and said that Rio would have to watch as he killed his friend. Powerless to do anything Rio began to doubt himself agian believing it was his fault this was happening because he was agian not strong or fast enough to save someone. As Rio looked up and saw States on his last breath he began to fight harder but still no use to escape from under the villians foot then out of no where Rio sank into the floor through a portal and appeared above the villian, going with it he went on the attack slashing from the sky see the villians arm goin up to defend Rio disappeared agian now running at him from he un-guarded side, the villian defending agian Rio would hop portal to portal till he could deal a blow. The Villian getting angry, through States to the side to consintrate on Rio violently swinging his arms trying to smash him Rio would dodge through a portal time after time till finally *slice* right through the villians back and into his heart. Seeing the villian fall to the ground Rio rushed to States to see how he was but it was not good, with his last few breaths States told Rio that he was a wonderful hero and it was a pleasure to have had him as a friend handing him a small piece of paper from his belt States took his final breath only seconds later as Rio knelt there he heard large foot steps coming from behind him and 2 massive fists coming at him, he closed his eyes and as he opened them agian reliezed he was back in his hospital bed in Steel Canyon. Rio picking up the newspaper next to his bed to check what day and year it was Rio was floored on the front cover a picture of Statesman recieving an award on the anniversary of the great battle that had taken place 60 years ago but how could this be was it all a dream then staring into his hand still had the piece of paper that States handed him, unfolding the paper began to read it was a letter to Rio stating that States knew that this would be his final battle and for him to continue his fight for the future to come! How could this be but before he could think anymore about it a bright light flashed infront of him and a portal opened up looking into the portal he saw his own reflection reaching out to the portal he was takin in but to where.....

Arch Villian
MirrorMoves greatest enemy is Himself well his Praetorian self from another dimension known as ShatteredMirror who had turned to evil at the point where Rios hope was crushed, in this other dimension there was no Manticore to lift his hope there was just loneliness and misery for the Blades of Inner Desire to prey on and corrupt. Now ShatterMirror has come to our dimension to recover his daggers and gain what he believes is his true power.
