History
History: When on a boating Experdition around antarctica Katie Chilze was working for PETA hoping to help the animals of the lower world and stop whaling. On her last adventure however she was blasted off the boat by a jet of water from a whaling vessel and fell into the icey cold water, seemingly sinking forever until something within her awoken and snapped free the water around her suddenly felt "normal" to her rather than icey cold. as she slowly tried to get to the top of the water she noticed that some of it was freezing around her. when she reached the surface they helped her onboard of the whaling vessel but she felt it, the air the sunlight, it burned her. She screamed in pain, freezing the water particals around her and the people trying to help her.She eventually found land, renaming herself to "Miss Chills" She eventually left earth and has doing "What she wants" Sadly after her "Event" she has become mute, possibly because her breath can freeze things, or due to shock. she see's something she wants she'll freeze it and take it. Not particually caring for much else except herself now.
Equipment
Several suits that contain her powers and keep her chilled, at the centre of each of her palms is a small glass opening that allows her to shoot out her powers in powerful streams or Blasts. If touched even through her armor, people will feel very cold, standing near her even has given people Chills..
