Getsumen Migaki was born auspiciously at twilight. From an early age he showed abilities beyond the normal; he could see in darkness, sometimes emitted a soft glowing aura, etc. As he grew so did his powers over darkness and light. He has found that, contrary to usual beliefs, the darkness can be a soft, warm healing and protection while the light can be harsh, cold damage and harm. He now seeks to keep the balance between these two forces in himself and the world. What better place for this than Paragon City; the world's beacon of light with a heart of darkness. He is now a member of Evolution-X: Paragon after transferring from Evolution-X: Japan.
