Mr. Pioli's mutant genetics have caused him to develop abnormal strength. The exact limits of his strength are unknown. He has been known to use large objects such as cars as ranged weapons.
Berserk Rage
Mr. Pioli fights in a berserker rage. Heedless of danger, and unable to leave a fight once he is stuck in. This gives him tremendous damage dealing capability, at the sacrifice of his own health.

Mr. Pioli is an astute "people person", able to easily blend in with any crowd.

A great strength, but also a great weakness. When he is under the effect of one of his rages, he will not retreat from combat, no matter the odds.
Equipment
Rocket Boots, Jet Packs
Mr. Pioli utilizes technology developed by the infmaous Professor Pioli to get around the Rogue Isles. Some of these devices are various jet packs and rocket boots, giving him limited flight capability.
Character History
Thomas Pioli's introduction to a life of crime came early. Being born into one of Florida's premiere mafioso families came with the unfortunate side effect of showing one the seedier side of life very early. While the head of the Pioli Family did try to shelter the younger members of the family from the "business" side of life until they were ready, Thomas would have none of it. From his earliest days he was ruling the schoolyard, either through intimidation, or his innate charm. He quickly put together a band of thugs with him at its head. Throughout middle, and high school, he was in trouble with the law multiple times. By the age of 14 he had served two 6 month sentences in juvie hall and had been pigeonholed into the category of "repeat offender".
It was around the age of 14 that his mutant powers began manifesting themselves. He became increasingly stronger than all of the people around him. He used this to his immediate advantage, he started selling his services as hired muscle for local gangs. He was a hit. Literally. Slowly, he has worked his way through the organization to become the Pioli Families chief enforcer.
Today, the man known to most as just Mr. Pioli, is a hulking mass of muscle, tattooed from head to foot. He has still retained his boyhood charm and bravado, and is often able to get what he wants without resorting to violence. Usually seen in elegant business attire, which he removes when he has to "get dirty".
