Affiliations
Anasi al Alnur - Friend and former coworker. Anasi al Alnur (Lilah Bentley) is Narcine's closest friend on Earth. When intra-company friction briefly drove Narcine from Sin Enterprises's property for a time, Lilah was quite willing to take her in and accomodate her, even if her dietary needs do threaten to make grocery bills overwhelming.
Techno Oni Landlord. Although Lilah Bentley offered to take Narcine in, Lilah is actually a resident in the home of a demon known publicly as the Techno-Oni. Although Narcine and Techno-Oni rarely speak, Narcine does live in Oni's 'house' and pays her the utmost respect...especially having been forced to bring in several other Hrakon refugees, much to Techno-Oni's annoyance at times.

Alien Physiology
As the product of alien evolution, Narcine has the anatomy and physiology of a carnivorous, semi-aquatic reptile.
Electrical Field
Like all of her species, Narcine's muscles produce an extremely powerful (by biological standards) electrical field. Primarily used for navigation in much the same manner as a fish's lateral line, the field can also be dramatically increased in brief surges to produce painful and even dangerous shocks.
Heightened Speed
In her natural form, Narcine has longer and more muscular legs than a human, in some respects similar to large flightless birds or therapod dinosaurs. Her elongate and extremely muscular legs allow her to sprint at speeds exceeding 35 miles per hour for up to several minutes at a time.
Abilities
Unarmed Combat
As a scout trained by the Hrakon military, Narcine is well versed in hand to hand combat for self defense. As is only natural, her hand to hand combat is greatly augmented by her electrical field, allowing her blows to function as melee range tasers.
Linguistics
Narcine is a gifted linguist, versed in 13 languages (though English is the only one of them spoken on Earth). Most of these languages are self taught by immersing herself in the populations of planets she's visited.
Weaknesses and Limitations
In her natural form, Narcine has significant difficulty speaking human words, as she lacks moveable lips and has a jaw and tongue structure similar to a lizard. In addition, her electricity producing muscles consume a massive amount of chemical energy, requiring to subsist on a 6-8,000 Calorie diet, mostly of meat.
Equipment
Most of Narcine's alien technology is classified and kept in a secret location. Her armor is the one exception.
Hrakon Scout Armor
Narcine wears a suit of standard issue Hrakon scout's armor. The armor is made of a mix of artificial polymer fibers and plates that collectively help protect her from superficial wounds. In addition, the armor is reactive to electrical currents, essentially toughening up when worn by Hrakon or other beings with a stronger than normal electrical field.
