Nova-Breaker is a 'superhero' in Paragon City, RI. She's become known for protecting the King's Row district in this City of Heroes, making that her base of operations.

History
Before her birth
Stephen and Casandra Bright were a happy couple living a modest life in Paragon City's King's Row district. While they were not wealthy by any means, they wanted for nothing. They understood the lot in life they had and lived within their means, enjoying each other and the life they were given. Stephen however, in his own right was anything but ordinary.
Through a genetic gift, a gift from God he called it, he had the abilities to become what some refer to as a Superhero. He simply thought of it as an extension of who he was, and a clear indicator of who he was meant to be. Gifted with extraordinary strenght and resilience he became known in the Paragon Times as the "Super Breaker". The name came from both his penchant for breaking up gang wars in the area and his sometimes bumbling footsteps that could cause property damage as he was "fighting the good fight".
At any rate, with Stephen serving as the "hero" for the family it turned to Cassandra (Cassie) to tow the line for the family in their day to day lives. She had become a stalwart companion to Stephen's adventures, seemingly being the backbone of what Super Breaker tried to accomplish. They were a super-team unto themselves. While some might say there was a chauvanistic bent to this, Cassie would disagree. They had not chosen their roles, it was given to them, what would it be for them to go against the greater good. In this, they were more alike than in any other way.
Super Breaker's legend grew in and around King's Row. While he didn't venture out from his burrough much he did cross paths with other heroes, having met and teamed with a few of the older members of the Gods of the Golden Age, as well as Manticore and Blue Steel, to name a few names. He wasn't viewed by the general "hero" population as overly friendly, he viewed what he did as a service and treated it as such, never truly making friends or establishing long-term group associations with anyone.

Inherent Abilities
Increased Metabolism
Stella Bright has shown the ability to recover from strenuous activity at a highly evolved rate. Even at a young age, and with no physical training, she could recover from minor injuries and recovered her endurance in roughly 1/3 the time of normal standard subject. This has benefited her in many ways.
Of course she tires less easily, but that it has also given her faster than normal reflexes as well as the ability to last for long periods of time with no sleep.
Visual Accuity
Stella has perfect vision. This statement is hard to quantify but it is known that she can see roughly twice as far, and with about 4x as much clarity that the standard 20/20 vision gives. This benefits her with the ability of seeing better in clouded or obscured areas
Kheldian Related Abilities
Enhanced Cosmic Symbiosis
Kheldian entities have shown an increased ability to feed off their environment. In this respect, in relation to their existance with other similarily super-enhanced beings they have the power to increase there combat effectiveness, and metabolic recovery rate when in close proximity of others like them.
Superhuman Strength
Nova-Breaker has shown enhanced strength capabilities. The upper limits have not been established but she currently can lift 3.2 tons over her head and hold in that position for 60 seconds. This comes with the added bonus of increase damage capabilities in hand-to-hand combat.
Invunerability
Nova-Breaker has shown a highly increased resistance to many forms of concussive force. This can be attributed both to her increased metabolism and the merger. She recovers quickly from being dazed by such weaponry, often to the point of her being able to shrug off the affects in a matter of seconds. High-Caliber close ranged ballistic weaponry have show to be able to pierce her skin.
High particle count projected energy is also resisted to varying degrees. Changes in temperature related to these types of 'attacks' are also nearly non-detrimential.
Flight
Hard Light Manipulation (HLM)
This is a Kheldian's greatest natural ability. This grants the symbiote mastery over manipulating light and energy particles on a massive degree. This ability has been described as playing with energy as if it were wet sand.
Using HLM, Nova-Breaker can emit highly concussive 'blasts' of energy that deal physical damage to objects. Concussive force can be harnessed and released in this sort of fashion as well, increasing knockback capabilites of something as simple as a 'punch'. By concentrating this energy and projecting it in tight bursts this hard light can also tear and cut through some metals.
HLM has also been shown to help stimulate cell regrowth, in effect increasing the metabolism of the target allowing them to recover from injuries at a substantially increased rate.
The upper limits of this ability have not been tested with Nova-Breaker, but the conclussion is there is no limit what hard light manipulation could accomplish given enough knowledge and understanding of the power.
