Affiliations
At the suggestion of a mysterious mystic, Nujiru gathered up all of his underworld contacts of the Orient to create the Tong of Assasins. As leader of the secretive organization, or "Mountain Master", he directed the careers of other ninja, killers, and even malevolent beings out of Japanese mythology.
Recently, however, Nujiru has formed a new and unlikely alliance with the crew of the Dread Aces, even going so far as to leave the Tong to his minions while joining the gang of Sky Pirates. What this means for Nujiru's future, and the future of the Tong, remains to be seen.
Powers
Nujiru commands certain ninja skills that to the unwashed, ignorant foreigner would seem like “powers”. Slinking in the shadows and commanding the hidden arts of death, he naturally assumes an image of super humanity to those who cannot fathom him.
However, beyond this, Nujiru commands a small amount of Asian mysticism, enough to summon a dread beast of Japanese folklore known as the Oni or “ogre demon”. This dread creature, answering to the name of Yokai, is a hellish beast at the beck and call of the master assassin.
Abilities
A master marksman with the bow and arrow, Nujiru has taken this skill to the next level by utilizing various contraptions to halt, hinder, and confuse his hapless enemies with his shots.
A band of highly-trained ninja answer the summons of their master, and Nujiru seems to be able to command them without words. His skills as a leader, coupled with his archery, comprise a fighting force few can withstand.
Limitations
Nujiru is limited only by his humanity and the shackles thereof, including the vulnerabilities of his natural physiology and his own inescapable avarice.
Equipment
Aside from his bow and an assortment of enhanced arrows with various effects, Nujiru has acquired a small medical device used to keep his ninja followers in perfect health.

- Nujiru spelled backwards is "Urijun".
- Nujiru is the descendent of another ninja of the same name, both of whom befriended the legendary outlaw Dead Eye Jake.
- Despite his detached, aristocratic nature, Nujiru has a weakness for certain women, including the famous Arachnos assasin, Ghost Widow.
