Personality
Alex is an unusual villain, he's usually nice. (Unless it's Arachnos' orders to kill someone, then you're going down!) He's very friendly, and fine to talk to without getting a gun shot to the head. Lord Recluse doesn't approve of his actions like that, but he can't control Alex on that part, Alex controls himself there. He's usually very kind to others, and will answer almost any question asked that he can answer. He tries to help out his allies (And friends) when they ask him, but if official business calls, he can't help but do that work first.
History
Past
Alexander Steven Johnson had a normal life up until the year he turned five years-old. This was the year that Arachnos took him and started his training. The day he got captured was a nice day out, so he went outside to play with some friends. They were playing kickball when the ball flew and hit an Arachnos patrol. Being Arachnos, they charged over there and found that Alex was kicking. They took him and brought him to Lord Recluse. Lord Recluse did some tests on him and looked him over a few times, seeing if he could bring anything to Arachnos. Lord Recluse demanded that this boy be trained, and prepared for battle, since he was a lot of potential in this child. From that day on, Lord Recluse was his new father. Alex was trained on how to be an Arachnos operative. He went through constant training, and barely had a break. Few holidays he had off, and went to study (This was Alex's version of an "off" day). He went to learn from people like Ghost Widow, and Black Scorpion. He was always afraid of Mako, and tried to avoid him as much as possible. They treated him like family (whether they liked it or not, because Lord Recluse would demote them any other way), but they eventually found it nice to teach him the ways of the Mu, or of soul extraction, or even how to wield a mace. He loved to learn all the new things they had to teach him. Eventually, Lord Recluse thought about what would his parents think about him joining Arachnos. He sent some agents to do the most cruel thing ever, lie about Alex's death. The agents went to their house and reported this, it was caught on tape so that Lord Recluse could approve and know that they did it:
Arachnos agent 1: *knocks on door* Arachnos agent 2: Will it work-? Arachnos agent 1: Shh, they're coming. Alex's mother: Hello? Oh, Arachnos agents, have we done something wrong? Arachnos agent 1: No, ma'am, we'd like to report something about your son. Alex's father: Who is it? *Walks up* What about Alex? Arachnos agent 2: He was found dead, this morning. He fell down the sewers and was killed by some snakes, or some infected, we aren't sure. Alex's mother cries. Alex's father: Can't you do anything?! Arachnos agent 1: I'm sorry sir, but we can't do anything. Alex's father: Don't you have some kind of med-bay teleporter system?! Arachnos agent 2: Yes, but you refused to pay insurance for your son, and so we cut off his teleporter. Alex's father: BUT WE JUST PAID LAST WEEK!! Arachnos agent 2: Um... yeah.. well- Arachnos agent 1: A letter was sent out two days ago, making the prices higher, and you refused to pay. Alex's father: THERE WAS NO LETTER! YOU LIARS! Arachnos agent 1: I'm sorry but that isn't our problem. Arachnos agents walk away.
Alex was sent to the secret Mercy Island training camp, though, he was out of place. Usually, you have to be at least 16 (or so they say) to be an Arachnos Agent, Alex was 5. Alex explored a lot, and met Kalinda on the main floor of the base, he liked her a lot, she reminded him of Ghost Widow, his favorite back in Grandville. Kalinda didn't LIKE LIKE him back, but she had a heart and talked to him, explaining a lot. After exploring outside the base a little, he heard a "Pst!" coming from a little fort. He walked inside and saw a very, very obese man, towering over him, "You Alex?" he asked, looking down at the small child, Alex replied, "Yes, I-I am." Burke introduced himself, and started to talk to Alex, giving him all this information about what life would be like if they turned against Arachnos and took over the business themselves. Alex could only dream of such a wonderful thing. Alex hid the fact that he met with Burke, from EVERYONE. Eventually, word got around, however. As he grew up, his meetings with Burke were more constant, and his secret was almost out. Kalinda and Burke hated each other, but they were both like family to Alex, since he didn't have one anymore. Alex later on forgot a lot about his family, because of training and studying, but he still remembered some things.
Later on in life
Later, when Alex got older, he heard of an experiment that Arachnos was planning on doing, one of a serum that will stop you from aging. Rumor was that Lord Recluse was going to make Alex use this, since he's at his best at a young age. Alex had no regrets using the serum, he figured if he will be able to stay around awhile, why bother getting upset? Sadly the rumor didn't come true for a few years, but up until that time Alex was looking into this project. He found that there were some flaws, like the fact that sometimes the person would actually temporarily get OLDER, instead of staying the same age.Current Days
Currently, Alex is using the serum at the age of 12. There's no sign of it working, since it hasn't been long enough to show results on the outside, but Arachnos did tests, and it showed inside his body stopped growing. These effects only last about a day or two before wearing off, and then his body catches up with what it missed, causing Alex much pain when it does, so he tries to stop it before it does (Most of the time he does stop it). Alex has grown more powerful over the years, and has seen a lot more action. He's an official member of Arachnos, and has gotten the title of Operative. Though, usually, operatives wear the Wolf Spider uniform, Lord Recluse orders Alex to wear the Crab Spider uniform for protection against heavy damage. This usually works, but sometimes the damage still hits him inside. Arachnos has trained him well in protection, however, and he seems to always carry a gun with him, for protection against sudden attacks. Alex may be a nice Arachnos member, but if he sees someone on Arachnos' list, he attacks, no questions ask. Few times has he let the person go, but occasionally it happens. Alex usually hangs around at the Pocket D bar, either looking for a bounty, or just hanging out. Unlike most villains, Alex LIKES to stick around heroes, as long as they don't fight back, since usually the villains will shoo him away before they know who he is. Since he enforces the drinking law on himself, he'll usually just have either water or milk, anything that's legal for kids. He works for the law makers of the isles, why should he not be a role-model and FOLLOW the laws?

- Alex is based on me, you know, if I had an anti-aging serum and if I was in City of Villains/Heroes.
