Night Widows serve Arachnos as elite assassins and spies. Rumours abound as to their exact powers and abilities; few even know how they are recruited. It has long been said that the female of the species is more deadly than the male, but now an ever-expending group of male Night Widows seeks to prove that established belief wrong.

Operative Moon first came to our attention when he fell under suspicion of passing information from the Rogue Isles to Longbow. Tarantula Mistress Marie (cf. Personnel File 8761B: Marie Laventeau) led an investigation into his actions, eventually culminating in a warrant for his arrest. An attempt to apprehend Moon in a location on Mercy Island failed; apparently partially immune to Tarantula Mistress Marie's psionic powers, he was able defend himself from her attack using the nearest weapon to hand, a fire axe (cf. Morgue Report 41176: Marie Laventeau).

Two Night Widows, under direct orders from Ghost Widow's faction, were then sent to track him down. Moon proved to be a surprisingly elusive mark, possibly because his status as a fugitive was kept under wraps, he was given no formal Threat Level and no reward was posted for his capture. Again, these directives came from Ghost Widow's cadre. The search was not helped by the dearth of information on the target. Even our most well-informed sources could provide only basic, patchy data.

Garrett Moon's birth certificate lists Padma Sukhjinder as his mother and Lochlan Moon as his father. It is strongly suspected that Sukhjinder is an alias of a known metahuman (cf. Threat Report 22391 - Monsoon Lotus), believed to have died in the first Rikti Invasion. Several theories revolve around the name Lochlan Moon (cf. Internal Memo 23511168- Re: G. Moon), none of which carry enough evidence to be repeated here.

As it is, we believe Moon was raised in London, England, under a pseudonym. School records under this name show he was a bright child who excelled in athletics. His passport, also under a pseudonym, was used to travel from England to India several times during his youth. Moon had no criminal record, and no medical records exist under any alias we have verified. His date of arrival in the Etoile Islands is unknown; presumably he entered our borders illegally.

As I previously stated, the data available was less than satisfactory, but eventually the Night Widows charged with apprehending Moon were able to track him down. After a brief struggle (cf. Fort Darwin Medical Report 95923c) Moon was subdued and placed in a holding cell within Ghost Widow's compound. Although I am unable to access the files directly relating to his subsequent interrogation, all charges against Garrett Moon were dropped and he was offered a place in the new Soldiers of Arachnos program, taking the rank of Blood Widow. Any further information on his training is classified and only available though direct contact with his training instructors.
