Background
Preatorian Earth
Heather Nokita was the only daughter of Kim and Edo Nokita. She was born in Kobe, Japan but moved to Los Angeles, California at three months due to a promotion her father had received. Upon arrival her family was beset by followers of Mother Mayhem and her parents killed.
She was found and taken to a nearby orphanage where she lived for the next 7 years. She was eventually adopted by a woman named Lu Lian. Lu Lian was the leader of a group of resistance fighters opposing Tyrant. It was her belief that a student raised from an early age in her arts would be more focused and more useful than the people she taught starting as an adult. She also had no children of her own and wanted to create an heir should something happen to her.
Heather was raised form then on in the art of Ninjitsu and fed a steady diet of honor, duty, and respect. She became one of Lu Lians most trusted jounin upon reaching the age of 18. Her first mission was to excort a represenative from and alternate dimension saftly to their headquarters.
She met with the small delgation of soldier led by Kevin Hartman at the specified Portal Corp portal and was almost immediately ambushed by Antimatter and his robot horde. After a hard fought battle Heather and Kevin emerged victorious. As they journied back the two fell in love.
Over the next several years they continued to fight against Tyrant. Kevin would leave for a few days and arrrive with more troops and supplies from the other domension. Lu Lian would lead Heather and her other ninja's into covert strikes against the oppressors.
Kevin was eventually replaced by another represenative and Heather bid him farewell. He promised her he would return for her and take her back to the more peaceful dimension he was from when he could.
The new liason, instead of supplying equipment from his dimension, decided to make use of the resources found in this dimension. An alliance was formed with several of the local gangs. While heavy handed and often evil in their own ways they had much to gain from seeing Tyrant fall as well.
Heather was placed in charge of several Skulls the leader of which was a man who went by the name Full Throttle Smash. A man nearly 3 times the Size of Heather. They would form a friendship over the next several years until finally Kevin returned...
