Pilfer Rifle Embezzle Demolish Abduct Theive Obtain Ransack.
Backstory
Founded in 2010 by Black Amaranth, who was once a pirate captain from 1690 - 1823. Amaranth decided that the best days of her life were doing the above, (Plundering, rifling..ect). Being that the isles have many wealthy, strong, and powerful individuals - Amaranth felt it was time to make Gold and Blood her business. While they don't have peg legs, hats, and eye patches - they are still pirates and thieves.
OOC Rules
- 1. If you have an argument with another player bring it to Black Amaranth. Do NOT involve other people of the VG with your drama - come talk to me about it and we'll work it out.
- 2. IC actions have IC consequences. If your character back-talks an officer, be prepared to deal with the punishment. If your character continues to back-talk officers and high-ranking members we will kick you completely since those actions go against what our groups whole premise is. Its nothing personal, but IC actions have IC consequences.
- 3. We are VILLAINS - not fluffy, huggy, lovey individuals. Now since that is said - remember that not everyone will be your friend ICly, your character can be as cold as you'd like - they are YOUR characters. OOCLy however you're required to be civil to one another.
- 4. This VG has an age limit of 17+ - that means ICly and OOCly. If you or your character are under the age of 17, then you cannot join, this is due to language, violence, and adult themes. I have a conscience, and I can't condone people seventeen and under to participate in our SG.
- 5. Be active. Members who are gone for 20+ days are kicked unless a reason is given for their absence (Vacation, school, health, family/friend death ect... real life happens).
- 6. No erotic role play is allowed in the base simply because slip-ups happen.
- 7. No torture/grotesque rp is allowed in local while in the base - you can do it, but keep it in team please.
- 8. Please refrain from having any rp plot completely center around your character in the group. Its cool if you do it with friends - but please don't constantly have your character hurt/near death/raped/kidnapped/constantly dying... That isn't fun and it gets annoying quickly to most players. As such, please keep it to a minimum or don't do it at all.
(If you feel the need to constantly kill characters: Your character can die TWICE in this group. After you die a second time we will ask you to retire your character from our group. Unless special circumstances are given)
- 9. Your opinions/thoughts/ideas/concerns DO matter! Please tell us if you have something to say. We're here for you - we want to help you and make your time with us enjoyable, so don't be afraid to speak up!
IC Rules
- 1. Respect the commanding officers at all times.
If at any time insubordination is acted out, punishment as seen fit will be awarded by a high-ranking official.
- 2. No in-fighting.
Got a problem with another member? See the Mistress, a Broker, or a Vagabond.
- 3. We expect excellence from our recruits.
Excellence in fighting, excellence in attitude, and excellence in following orders. If you can't do that - you shouldn't be here.
- 4. Be a team player at all times.
We need each other to survive - if we can't count on you - don't count on us.
- 5. Earn your paycheck.
If you cant hold your own - you won't get a raise, and you will be demoted. Members who are constantly scraped up, hurt, defeated, or near death will be given pay cuts.
- 6. Live by the code at all times.
If a member breaks our rules they will be banished.
The code
- 1. We share and share alike.
If we're out together as a unit on a mission to steal an artifact - what you find is everyone's. Give it to the highest ranking officer and we divvy it up later.
- 2. Any man who shows Cowardice is punished.
Running away is never an option, never run away from a battle.
- 3. Obey those above you at all times.
Rank matters in this family. Disrespect is not tolerated and it punishable by marauding, or death.
- 4. We do not steal from each other or from those affiliated with us.
We don't steal from friends - only enemies. The world is our enemy. All we can trust is each other and our coalitions. Don't ruin that.
Ranking
- Mistress: Promotion to this rank is not obtainable.
- Broker: Promotion to this rank is at the discretion of the Mistress and the other Brokers.
- Vagabond Promotion to this rank is at the discretion of the Brokers, and the Mistress. Vagabonds have to be in the SG for a minimum of two months, they must have at least 300K in prestige earning, and they must have heavy consistent rp with other members and show initiative as a leader.
- Larcenist: Promotion to this rank requires 200K prestige earned, and heavy, consistent participation in rp events, and group missions.
- Despoiler: Promotion to this rank requires 100K prestige, and moderate participation in rp events.

Leaders
- Mistress: Currently held by Black Amaranth. The Mistress is leader of the Villain Group, meaning she has all the power and jurisdiction - but she is fair, and wise, and listens to anything that any member has to say. The Mistress is responsible for the happiness and safety of her crew.
- Broker: Currently held by Jason Nex, Ji Pham, Void Vanguard, and Blood Butcher. The Brokers are second in command. They are responsible for making sure members are following the rules of the code, that they are happy, and getting a long. Brokers have the greatest amount of authority in the group. If a Broker says "jump" its a good idea to say "how high". However - if a Broker is abusing his or her power, please see the Mistress. Brokers have the most weigh in for decisions in the group - including marauding, laws, and punishment. The Mistress looks to Brokers as her most trusted advisers and closest allies.
- Vagabond: The third in command. Larcenists are allowed to run small operations on the side in the name of P.R.E.D.A.T.O.R.. Larcenists have a say in rules, laws, and practices. Larcenists do not have the power to kick, demote, or punish - however they should be respected since what they say does have a good weigh in the outcome of things.
