Origin
Paraflex was captured as a young man by Crey Industries. His mind was altered, erasing all memories and personality. Subjected to numerous tests and experiments, his unusual genetic structure was radically warped by the Crey scientists in an effort to "manufacture" new powers for their Paragon Protector program. He was rescued from the Crey laboratory during a raid by Statesmanand Manticore of the Freedom Phallanx.

Paraflex can project powerful blasts of concussive force that he uses in combat.

Description
Paraflex is a well muscled, attractive young man with deep gold colored skin and ash blonde hair. His most striking features, besides his unusual skin color, are his brightly glowing eyes. He stands just over six feet tall and usually wears an armored costume of black, cobalt blue, and fuscia.
Personality
Paraflex is easy-going with a good sense of humor. Open and direct, Paraflex trusts naturally, until he is "taught" otherwise. He is naive about many ordinary aspects of life and is constantly trying to learn about society and people in general.
Detailed History
Suspended in radiant gel in his holding tank, Paraflex watched in awe as Statesman and Manticore tore into the illegal Crey lab and quickly dispatched the armored guards blocking their path. The massive explosion of the mainframe's detonation ruptured the bulletproof glass of his prison, spilling him out onto the cold floor and the feet of Statesman. At last his torment was at an end!
With no memory of his past, and no record of what the scientists were doing to him, Paraflex set out on a quest to discover his identity. It is believed he was abducted and his memory erased while Crey scientists "tinkered" with his already unusual mutant DNA.
With no past to speak of, Paraflex has plunged head-first into the world, hungry for each new experience. Unfortunately, this leap-first, look later mentality tends to lead him into quite a bit of trouble for while he possesses intelligence, he lacks wisdom.
Freed from illegal genetic experimentation at the hands of Crey Industries, Paraflex chose to follow in the footsteps of his liberators and use his abilities to fight crime and oppression. Right after he recieved his hero license he joined the newly formed Team Virtue and was soon promoted to lead the group.
