Affiliations
The Paramour is wholly committed to Innamorata and the goddess that they both serve, willing to go to any lengths to fulfill their debased desires.
Personality
The Paramour can be.. playful, both with his victims and with his compatriots - indeed, the line between victim and compatriot is rather slim to him. Heavily sexualized, eager to lure new "toys" into the web they spin, and yet absolutely obedient and loyal. Formerly content to allow the Midnight to forward their goals while he merely reaped the benefits, the Paramour is now reveling in the fear - and desire - he strikes in his enemies when they see him.
Powers
The Paramour's powers seem similar to Dalantia's, at first glance, though close inspection reveals the easily spotted differences.
Bladed Weapon Mastery
The Paramour is capable of wielding any edged weapon with incredible proficiency. Unlike Dalantia, he possesses no ability with melee weaponry outside of that mastery, and it does not extend to thrusting or crushing weapons. He currently favors Arachnos-issued poison claws, but has been spotted wielding a greatsword of flame or lightweight eastern weaponry in the past.
Inconspicuous Nature
The Paramour is, by all accounts, completely impossible to identify. DNA results from blood gained via combat are always inconclusive. Cameras never show his face. He has no fingerprints, no accent, no mannerisms, and by some trick of the dark magic engulfing him, people tend to forget any details they saw about him. The only way most Dawnites can even recognize him is by the "wrongness" (see report 52421 by Blessed Skypiercer) some feel. When he wishes to be seen (most likely to bask in the fear or lust his presence tends to generate), he is seen - this is generally just after battle has been joined.
Survival Instinct
The Paramour seems to be just plain difficult to kill, in a similar fashion to the Dawnknight's ability to survive wounds that should kill him. Frequent breaks of luck, narrow escapes, returning to battle recovered after a quick breather. Overwhelming force from surprise seems to be the best way to remove him from combat, but it seems to be a temporary measure at best. He can also extend this to other allies, and displays an occasional precognitive awareness of the battlefield.
Character History
An interesting thing about the Masters of Vice is that they were on Earth before Dalantia came, and brought his religion with them - indications of prescience? However, we have sadly less information on the Paramour than we do Innamorata. All that is known is that he began to show up frequently among certain crowds with Innamorata after a long spell of inactivity on her part, and they did as they are now infamous for doing - found sacrifices and bodies they found pleasing to them to use and manipulate for their purposes.
