Overview
While not being one of my highest level characters, Peregrine Falcon is by far one of my most favorite. Peregrine Falcon is one of those heroes who believes that even though the justice system may not always work to the advantage that we want, it's still the justice system that he has sworn to uphold. Some of his tactics may verge on being vigilante but he will always uphold the law to the best of his ability.
He came about one day while I was working over the idea of a Batman tribute character. I wanted something with symbolism and I had a meager back story to him. Normally I work with the character's story and build off of it from there; however, Falcon was different. I made his costume first and then the story came. He's gone through very little change from inception to present and he will always be legendary in my mind.

Personality
The Peregrine Falcon is usually stoic and speaks only when he needs to make an observation or is asked a direct question. He's a thinker and his mind is always going. When he's not costume he's very friendly and he's a loving father. The Falcon has a strong sense of justice, and will defend it as necessary, even from his own team mates.
Powers
The Peregrine Falcon is a master in martial arts and has honed his skills to a point that his reflexes are almost supernatural. To further augment his ability, he has created a suit made of a lightweight material that incorporates nanocomputers, microservos and other robotic and computer equipment. This specialized suit allows him to move faster, hit harder and grants him the ability to fly. In addition, there is a complex network of data recorders that collects information constantly, which allows him to analyze his fights in order to improve his abilities.
Fighting Prowess
The Falcon is constantly training to become better at fighting. Already a highly skilled martial artist in several different styles, he constantly adapts to fit the situation he's in.
Super Reflexes
After years of study The Peregrine Falcon has honed his reflexes to the point where he has preternatural awareness. He can dodge bullets and is capable of moving faster than most normal humans.
Flight
His suit has a force propulsion field that allows him flight as well as increased mobility while running and jumping.
