Pink Eye is a former Outcast girl who, either through her own genetic makeup or being around the Outcasts themselves, developed the power to fire beams of energy from her eyes. The problem was that these beams were pink. There is nothing worse than being in a gang and firing PINK beams from your eyes. Finally getting tired of the guys making fun of her 'pansy' powers, she decided to leave those losers (besides, the Outcasts never let the girls do anything but bait losers into traps anyway!). She took some of the gangs cash and headed to the closest icon and got made over into a 'hero'.
