The Praetorian counterpart to Evangelia, Princess Evangelia is an idealistic young girl who began her career devoted to the ideals of Emperor Cole. As she progressed upward in the Powers Division, however, she began to encounter more and more evidence of systematic corruption amidst the government of Praetoria, and has consequently begun to have doubts about the cause to which she has dedicated herself.
Although she has been given the opportunity to infiltrate Primal Earth, she has not yet chosen to take on the assignment. Her doubts about the government and its motives hold her back, and she remains in Praetoria, investigating and learning all she can so that she can come to a final determination about the Empire before deciding how best to proceed.
