A wizard of dubious age and origin. There is little to nothing that is known about Professor Bizzaro. All that is known, is that he has appeared in Paragon City working along side the heroes there to quell the constantly changing levels of crime and violence. What his motives are, or why he suddenly appeared and began doing what he was doing remains a mystery, though few people are complaining about the assistance he's been giving.
Personality
The professor usually doesn't speak much unless he is either first spoken to himself, or feels that what ever is being talked about is something he needs to give input to. Because of this, determining just what he is like can be difficult to do. What is known how ever, is that he is a very calm and level head individual. Beyond that, figuring him out is a regular guessing game for anyone in his company.
Powers/Abilities/Equipment
Magic: Be it conjuring illusions, manipulating the weather, or even bending light and shadow itself to his will, Professor Bizzaro utilizes a wide variety of magic spells and powers. This can make him a very difficult and tricky opponent for anyone to face off against since you never know what sort of magic he might pull out next.
Tactics: Being a man of arcane study, the Professor isn't so foolish as to believe he could easily take on any super powered being directly and by force. He is a cunning and calculating man who rather than muscling his way through a fight, will instead think his way though it and often times debate to himself on what spells of his will be the most effective in a situation. There have been many a time where he's used his magics to fool enemies in believing he was some where that he wasn't, only to pick his foes off one by one in the chaos caused by his deceptions.
The Shadow Staff: While these gnarled staves are actually fairly common to see in the hands of magic users like the Professor, ignoring the power that can be unleashed with them would be foolish to do. Being a weapon that he can summon to his hand at a moments notice, Professor Bizzaro can use this staff to hurl blasts of concentrated negative energy at his foes, often times crippling and even incapacitating his enemies in a single blast.
