A cold man, with eyes of steel, he is the seemingly hollow clone of an 'expired' Arachnos Fateweaver, but enhanced to be greater. With a wealth of psychic abilities including telepathy, telekinesis, and metal domination, Chase Kable keeps a firm grip on The Projects, as its most recent Director. While he rarely enters the field of action himself, his powerful abilities allow him to inhabit the minds of not only one, but several individuals at once, allowing him to essentially be in several places at once. For this reason, the suggestion that "Director Kable has eyes everywhere" can most certainly be considered true.
