Shadow/Kiros is my OLDEST standing toon, of my years in COH. After so long of his inactivity, I am bringing him back as His true origin, and everything shall be revealed about this guy. He is inspired by various villains and heroes, A few being Professor Xavier, Dr. Doom, Spiderman, Green Arrow, Edward Cullens, and more.
Personality
Raien is a age old being who has changed into the personality he has now, in which he is a flirt, or as some would say, charming. Hes that and more, being sweet and funny around others, but thats all just a mask. When hes confronting a enemy or someone from his past, hes void of emotions unless He really wants to show his deep anger, pain, or more. Most of the time, he is a calm person, and it'd be almost impossible to see him to snap at someone. But, on a hired mission, He is usually cruel, and murders anyone in his way.
It is said he holds great care towards his past friends, and lovers, but hates one man with fury never seen before, the man's name being Richard Waverson.
History
Raien Storm was thought long dead, very much so, and he was for a while. But, there is a rumor that someone or something brought him back. Whatever it was, It gave him power, and much more, including a true immortality. Raien was reborn and his 100 year plan was put into action that very night. But, before that can be shared, The timing of his death and more must be told.
Book 1:The Last Goodbye
Raien had just gone against the Praetorians, and he was weak, having given up his Immortality, and he was resting, bloodied, by the portal to take him back to the Rogue Isles. He laid there thinking about all his friends, his past lovers, and one stayed on his mind, Daria. He still cared for her beyond the beleif, and slowly, he began to get up, but not before his wife on Praetoria was before him. In the silence of the cold night, Raien chuckled and spoke of his end, and he walked forward. All that is known is that the two shared a last kiss before Raien was stabbed for the final time, and yet his ghost was able to get away, flying quickly to Paragon. He knew he had only a few minutes at best, and so he tracked down Daria, and found her in Wentworths in Talos. He floated before her, and once he got her to recognize who he was, he explained everything, and his time ticked to be done, his last words to her being, "I still love you, Daria..." and thus, his spirit was gone from that world.
From that point, his ghost appeared in a spirit world, and he wandered around for what seemed years. It would be a miracle chance that he would escape back onto the Isles, but with more knowledge and power.
Book 2:Power of the Soul
Deciding He needed information from Arachnos, he went under disguise as a new wolf spider, and began to work his way in the ranks. He,however, needed to flex his powers, and so during his tasks, He felt himself feed on souls, by a simple bite. He learned that whatever he became, stole souls in a vampiristic way. He began to use this new power, as he learned, required thirst, to his advantage, as he impowered himself with the ability to shapeshift into that person. When the time came, He chose to be a Bane Spider, to be granted the stealth cloak he needed. He had, by now, heard of the recent events within Paragon, dealing with Adrian and only then, did he kick in his plans, only Threat Level 45. He began to be more of a feeder now, to keep him prepared.
Only time would tell when Raien would become probably the nightmare that he is now.
Book 3:Parting is Such Sweet Sorrow
(Kudos to those who know what Book 3's title is from)
So, reaching Threat Level 50 was harder then he thought, but he did it. But, he needed to keep low, and so he did for awhile. He began to watch things go into play and studied many people and many things. He began to stir up a plan, and worked hard to work out the kinks, and he did. But, he got sidetracked when he was able to talk to His beloved Daria in Pocket D. He explained everything and then left, knowing he had to through with the plan, so he could once again, earn Daria. He fled to his lair beneath the tower of Grandville, and began working up his plan, going through very magical and scientific experiments. He knew his true destiny was to come to him.
He was no longer Raien Storm.
He was going to be Emperor Raien, The Apocolypse of the World.
Now, he just needed key components to make it so.
He got them easily, except for the one key component, the 'Soul'.
He had gained Power easily by defeating Matt King, and asorbing his power, making him stronger. He stole the heart of High Tempered, gaining the 'Beauty', changing his shapeshifting to a powerful extent. He then defeated Mali'karz and stole the Rage within, making his power even greater, and taking Mali'karz as his first general.
Now, he just needs 'Soul', but he hasn't been able to find who that is yet...
