Background
A Brief History:
Out of costume she might be recogized as an ex-child hero, Firelight, from a supergroup that consisted of kids ranging from twelve to fifteen that grew up in the spotlight as heroes for the world to see. The group shattered by the time she was nineteen when all but herself and one other of the group died on a mission for the world to see. The hero known as Firelight would never be seen again. She gave up, sank into drinking and drugs and faded from the spotlight. Eventually she clawed her way out of the worst of the depression, found work in show business as a stunt person, and got her drug problem under control. She's returned to heroing under a new name so as never to be associated with Starlight Heroes Guild again. Not wanting to tarnish their reputation..
