Time Line
August 30, 2006 - The woman known as Rebecca Rose Hood makes her first appearance in the Isles as noted by Fort Darwin Surviellance. A few hours later at the stroke of the noon hour, three Arachnos facilities were fire bombed in unison with fifty percent casualties taken by Arachnos personnel. An Arachnos Arbiter by the name of Sands noted in a later indepth report that a girl garbed in a red hood and cloak was found skipping between the three facilities, delivering from what appeared from a distance to be multiple fruit baskets as witnessed by a Huntsman on patrol.
Personality
Rebecca Rose Hood, an alias unto itself. She seems to embody the pure incalculable darkness of humanity's need to further ones self through any necessary means. Greedy, Schizophrenic and unfaltering in her dedication would be the best way to describe Rebecca as she goes about her business, following a "Plan" that only she and the "Dark Fuzzy Ones" know of.
Rebecca's usual disguises appear to be nothing more then pleasant and quite adorable representations of fairy tales, her favorites being "Little Red Riding Hood" from the adaption by the Grimm Brothers or "Alice" from the Wonderland stories. Though in this her deceptive ruse gives through as she's often noted to carry a modified rifle strapped to her back that she uses in her relentless pursuit to further the goals of the "Dark Fuzzy Ones".

In Game Biography
Not much is known about Rebecca Rose Hood, though considering the very nature of the Isles, that in itself isn't much of a surprise. She's often seen carrying a stuffed brown with white belly and pawed teddy bear in one hand and a modified rifle strapped to her back. The rifle itself is oddly reminescent of ones seen on Longbow Operatives, perhaps she's one of them or perhaps she merely chooses to use the weaponry of one of her favorite targets against them?
Though upon the length of the rifle an ever changing arrangement of kitten, puppy and skull glitter stickers shine. A sinister blade that bears resemblance to what those in the Circle of Thorns carry is often sheathed and carried upon the lining of her apron, a Hello Kitty charm hangs from the blades hilt.
She's been seen carrying a wicker basket, a white or black cloth often covering it, though whats inside has yet to be seen, at least by anyone living.

Modified Longbow Assault Rifle - A weapon she modified from one of her previous contracts, most notable would be the ever changing assortment of glitter stickers which often depict kittens, puppies and flaming skulls.
Soul Manipulation - Due to her willingness to help the "Dark Fuzzy Ones", the entities in turn have granted her the ability to siphon soul energy from her targets. The energy interned from such targets often boost Rebecca's urge to cause greater amounts of mayhem and in this if she's "working" with others, be able to manipulate them into greater acts of mindless chaos.
Cell Phone - A pink slender cellphone with a Hello Kitty charm allows Rebecca to contact her contractor when the "Dark Fuzzy Ones" have nothing for her to do, she's been known to talk to her contractor for hours on end. Talking in depth ( often in public places ) about what she could possibly do to her new "friend" that the contract is served upon.

Annoyances
Circle of Thorns - Due to her fashion sense, Rebecca simply views a majority of those in the Circle of Thorns as poorly dressed men in ugly dresses.
Malta - She's fond of the weaponry carried by the "Sappers", but has yet to obtain a working model as they've yet to willingly give her one. Rebecca's used force a few times and in each instant, not much is left over.
Goldbrickers - Rebecca simply finds that the Goldbrickers, akin to the Circle of Thorns are poorly dressed thieves.
Tuna Melts - Ever have a Tuna Melt?
Enemies
Luddites - Rabble rousers were never high in Rebecca's views, especially when they started to rant at her about the "high tech" rifle that was strapped upon her back.
Arachnos - Due to a few misunderstandings between Rebecca and an Arbiter by the name of Sands. Arachnos and Rebecca haven't been getting along, since Sands doesn't like his facilities riddled with bullet holes or fire bombed and Rebecca just doesn't really care as they aren't in service to the Dark Fuzzy Ones.

Random Facts
- Rebecca Rose Hood is loosely based off of Red Riding Hood and BB Hood (Dark Stalkers), that is if Red Riding Hood was a sociopathic bounty hunter who giggled while she shot up her targets, then asked their corpses if they wanted a lollipop as she skipped around them singing "Stand by Me".
- Little Red has evolved from a slight "If I add this, this and that. . . oh neat" concept upon a friends account as she let me mess about upon one of her mains at Facemaker, to a full fledged rp character.
- Rebecca is usually played when I want to take a break from "serious" or plot building RP. Sometimes its just fun to take a step back and go with the flow.
- Rebecca's theme song would be Evils Toy - A girl named Bitch
