Personality
In her youth, Resting Breeze gave the impression she was very flighty and flirtatious, as her illusionary majiks were made more potent with this ruse. As she gained experience though, her true analytical and business-like nature became more evident.
Abilities
Resting Breeze has knowledge of strong illusionary and spirit-summoning majiks. She is able to summon ghosts to aid her, as well as call upon less physical spirits to bolster her and her ally's abilities or diminish the abilities of her foes.
For a short while Breeze also commanded the hell-fires of Oranbega, but this was proving to destroy her soul and replace it with a demon. With the assistance of her friends in The Seekers she was able to control and repress the demon, but on occassion it will gain temporary control of Breeze as part of a nefarious bargain.
Weaknesses and Limitations
Numerous forays into Oranbega revealed a glaring flaw in Breeze's character: thirst for knowledge. More than once Breeze would take a book or three from the forgotten libraries of the hidden city, disguising the theft with simple illusion spells. As she studied the books, her powers shifted and became much more volatile. Only through an intervention of her best friend and confidante Destinee Fable was Breeze able to regain control of herself.
Equipment
Breeze has access to several minor magical trinkets.
One of her prized items is an enchanted axe that helps her deal with enemies with resistance to illusions and the effects of the spirits.
Main Enemies
Resting Breeze began her journey as a crimefighter dealing with the Tsoo cartels that sought to control the lands around her aunt's home, but in time she expanded her quest against all mystically powered groups that used their powers for conquest.
To this end, the Circle of Thorns and Banished Pantheon have both suffered defeats at the hands of Resting Breeze and her allies.
