Character History
There is a problem and the other heroes don’t see it. They fly high in the sky going from one flashy battle to another, and always they pass right by it; Kings Row. Oh they come down here and fight for a while as they climb the hero social ladder, but after a short time they are moving on to bigger and better villains. I used to be like them, I thought I was saving the world by taking out the big bad villains, but I was actually ignoring a growing problem in the streets. It took losing someone close to me to realize this. The skulls are terrorizing the neighborhood, the Lost are kidnapping the homeless, the Clockworks are tearing up the buildings, and both the Circle of Thorns and the Vahz are kidnapping and murdering people. They thought they found a safe place in King’s Row. They know the heroes have their attention elsewhere. Well they have my attention now. Kings Row doesn’t belong to them anymore, it belongs to me. I am Rhonin.
Little is known of Rhonin. He issued the above statement to the newspapers a few weeks after his first apperance. He is rarley seen outside of Kings Row, when he is it is usually following up on a trail that leads from Kings Row. His exact powers are unknown, from what witnesses have reported he can fly, disappear, kill at a glance, shape change, and cannot be killed. Authorties refute these claims, he has registered as a Natural Human, but they cannot explain this wide description of powers. One thing is for certain, he has villains in Kings Row running scared.
Trivia
It is rumored that Rhonin was once the carefree/clown hero Cracker Jack who was the partner to Mystical Missy mistress of Illusions, the two were rumored to be romantically linked. Missy died in a warehouse in Kings Row, evidence shows it was a amubush attack by the Skulls, it is unknown why her Emergency Teleporter did not activate, but magic is suspected. Cracker Jack was in Pocket D at the time attending a hero party. Cracker Jack was last seen at Missy's funeral, his costume was found the next day at her grave.
