Rockmight
From Unofficial Handbook of the Virtue Universe
Mylon Fizz was a former member of The Legacy Chain, a group of mystics who guard against magical abuse in The Rogue Isles. He was part of the Kaolin of Earth, wielders of powerful earth magic. Mylon was still human though, and abused his power to the point where he was banished and exiled from the sect. He managed to keep the amulet which gave him abilities, and used them for personal gain. He robbed banks, battled heroes and made a name for himself in the Isles as the super villain Rockmight. He eventually was tracked down by Abernathy, a Tellus of Earth who demanded Mylon return his amulet. Refusing, Rockmight and Abernathy fought. Rockmight escaped the Tellus' clutches and fled to Paragon City.
His brute strength and manipulation of the earth make him a very serious threat.
The Challengers faced Rockmight, one of four magically-imbued supervillains classified at large, and defeated him in Warburg. His amulet was confiscated, and he was sent to the Ziggursky. The amulet was taken by The Challengers to The Mansion, and put in a magic vault.
In The Challengers - Issue 19: Artif***ed, Harold Wellington unwittingly came in contact with The Earth Talisman, The Magus Mask, The Ripjaw Bone, and the Book of Death transforming him into the ultra-powered being known as Artifact. After a painstaking battle, the individual magic items were separated and began to take on tangible bodies which were used to battle each other. The Challengers used this to their advantage, letting the individual items battle themselves. Following the battle, the artifacts disappeared.
The Talisman was intercepted by Longbow, who have since outfitted a specially trained operative with its powers.
