Personality
Rose can be quick to anger, and is fiercely loyal to her friends. Enemies can expect to receive no mercy, and strangers may find it difficult to strike up conversation.
Past
Rosetta was once a "normal" girl that lived with her parents peacefully in Talos Island. Things rarely stay the way they seem however, and Rose, along with her family, were soon shunned almost everywhere they went. Most of this hostility came from repeated reports of "werewolf" villains causing mayhem in parts of the city, the Council's warwolf project didn't help things either.
Needless to say, things went from bad to worse for Rose; Her family was killed in an outburst of violence, though she was able to hide away from hateful eyes and survived. After this incident, she wasn't sure she could trust anybody in Paragon anymore, so she left for the Rogue Isles.
The Young Rogues
Shortly after Rose entered the Rogue Isles, she came across a group of teenage trouble-makers named The Young Rogues, and eventually joined them. However, soon after joining, she knew she had gotten herself into something far bigger than what she first saw. Their Leader, Vicount De Crey, had some sort of grudge against a group of heroes who call themselves The Youth League, and was constantly plotting ways to get at them.
One such assault happened in Nerva, where a wounded member of The Youth League somehow appeared in the branches of a tree guarded by the Circle of Thorns. The Young Rogues and The Youth League fought for some time, before the Rogues were driven off, but not before Rosetta had made an enemy with Eternity Star, a Warshade and a member of the Youth League.
Present
Sightings of a wolf girl with pink hair have started being reported in the Rogue Isles lately. The girl that is known as Rosetta Feral has changed completely; she is much older, and becoming more wolf like has not helped her temper any.
