Personality
To put it simply, Sabre comes across as having no personality, speaking in a monotone, and taking everything with the same stoic calm. However she is actually rather naive, and curious about her surroundings, and will readily ask questions about subjects she does not understand... Regardless of how sensitive the subject may be.
Abilities
Sabre is designed for combat and espionage, and with this in mind, possesses several abilities to assist this goal.
Transformation
Sabre is capable of transforming at will, and could in fact look like anyone, or anything, with proper reference for her to work from. Currently, however, she possesses three forms; her combat form, a hulking, armored figure, which is the only form in which her shields function properly, and two human forms, one resembling a female 14 year-old, and the other the same female, at 18.
Kinetic Energy Accelerators
Sabre's primary means of attack are kinetic energy accelerators built into her arms. These function by boosting the momentum of her blows to crushing levels of force, although she can tone them back to simply disabling, rather than lethal power.
History
Sabre was built by Apex Arms, an arms firm that usually worked as a think tank for larger companies. In this particular case, they were given resources by the much larger Crey Industries. The original intent had been an unmanned upgrade to the Crey 'Tank' design.
Her weapon systems? A success. Her learning capability? Unmatched by most organics, and very impressive compared to most artificial life forms, and without having been given the capacity for emotion, she seemed perfect...
Except they had given her the ability to learn anything. And one of the researchers designing her began attempting to, perhaps, sabotage the project, began trying to teach Sabre that what she was being used for was WRONG. And being the naive android she was, she thankfully believed them.
So it wasn't long before Sabre simply left, with there being very little that Apex's guards could do to stop her. She's since been patrolling Paragon City, and assisting the PPD, using her abilities to bring in the tougher villains. But very recently, she's become a member of the Palladium Sentry. Perhaps this way she'll become more human, simply by interacting with them.
