Depending on her mode she can be either Emotionless and toneless robot or hyper happy Android. she is in no way Subtle and has been quoted as saying "Look when you have freaking plasma cannons in your arms subtly isn't something you are good at or tolerant of"

Energy Melee
Mounted in a her arms are a pair of Knight Industries KI-1010 Plasma cannons the cannons are able to if set to a high enough yield melt through an M1A1 tank length wise. the Cannons have been reconfigured into pinpoint/impact weapons recently, cutting her range to almost zero but increasing the damage substantially
Electrical Discharge system
Based on a borrowed design, this system projects an Electrical field out from microscopic ports on SARA's body providing her with a defensive field able to stop incoming attacks more efficiently then her armor can.
Additional Powers
Flight
a clean and cool burning system of rocket jets are mounted in armored boots in combat mode
Abilities
Nanite Assembly System: SARA can function as a walking factory for small items such as Spare parts and Soda cans. any thing larger requires the systems of The Forge to function.
Nerf dart launcher: Little more then a party trick. a dart gun that fires soft foam darts from the upper portion of her arm.
Weaknesses and Limitations
Electro Magnetic Pulse
As demonstrated Recently when a Coworker Tsynth accidentally detonated several EM Pulse grenades in close proximity to SARA her systems are far from immune to EMP. in fact the grenade burst brought her off line for more then 10 minuets until her auto-Repair nanites brought themselves back online and were able to activate the retrieval beacon to transport her back to Sector Six

Tactical Heavy Enforcer Droid 66,12 (T.H.E.D) a pair of supped up TED units
Heavy Enforcement Recon Mobile Android Null (H.E.R.M.A.N) a walking tank of an assault droid that passes for her older brother the H.E.R.M.A was one of Knight industries first major products how ever it was removed from the market due to a serious error with its Tactical programing the sole remaining unit was given a Null designation and given to SARA as a 1st birthday gift
The Forge
A recent Addition to her arsenal of gadgets is a former Council base now converted to a home away from home and a factory, the Forge is able to produce from data templates spare bodies and even fully functional SARA Units. after an attempt by the council to retake the base SARA order a team of ADAM units to defend it and several council attempts to retake it sense have been repulsed by the Android and her brothers.
