Biography
Personality
Sam is riddled with insecurities. Confidence is scant in the boy, he feels rather low about his looks, athleticism, talents, et cetera. When teased, or ridiculed, even if it is just in good fun, he will take it personally, and he will become quiet, trying to retreat from the conversation, especially if he feels the other person bears hostility towards him. He likes people, and tries to get along with everyone as much as he can. He's very laid back, and seemingly is unphase-able. He remains calm even in the most dire situations. His one weakness is his insecurity in that regard.
He is a nurturer by nature, and if he witnesses a person in pain, he will instinctively try to comfort them. He goes whatever lengths necessary to make the person feel better. Indeed, his compassion can seem limitless, even to a person who has been less than kind to him in the past, he isn't one to hold grudges.
He may seem lazy, as he rarely exerts himself, but he is just afraid of failure, so he never really tries. He bears a fear of being sub par deep in his core, and so it's become a habit of his to never give anything his "all."
In day to day interactions, Sam may seem quiet, his mumbling voice soft, he rarely tries to engage people unless he feels comfortable with them. He is friendly, but shy, and mainly hides under his shell.
Powers
'Look at his brain...' A CT scan of the patient's brain hung on the wall. It was far from ordinary.'His nervous system is... supercharged! The chemical reactions between his brain and his nuerons happen in a fraction of the time it takes for ours! He would be able to react, move, think, learn at levels well beyond the normal! Quickly run an EEG! And get me the Metahuman diagnostic sheet! The lab tech scurried away, under the doctor's clipped commands.
Precognition
Some call it intuition, some call it prophecy. Sam, from time to time, is granted visions of the future, the farthest being several days. Those times between visions however, he has a general sense of what will happen next, and if he concentrates, he will see how his immediate environment will change. He can see where his opponents will attack from, how they are going to attack, and so on.
Photographic Memory/Enhanced Learning
Sam is able to learn and retain information at a near perfect level. However, the more he learns, the less he retains. Too much in a short time span will consequently be forgotten a few days later.
Superhuman Physiology
Sam is able to imitate superstrength by enhancing his physical strength with his telekinesis. A punch thrown with his psychic power behind it, collides with superhuman force. While using his telekinesis he has demonstrated the ability to lift up to a ton and a half.
Superhuman Senses
Sam's senses are more accute than the average human, from sight, to hearing, to smell, even (apparently) to taste.
Telekinesis
Sam is a mildly powerful telekinetic. However, due to an encounter with another powerful telekinetic, his power was significantly lessened. At most he can only clumsily reach out with his mind. To cope with this dysfunction, Sam mostly uses his telekinesis on himself rather than externally. (See, superhuman physiology.) Sam uses his power for shields as well, and so protects himself from harm.

Sam fights with a brutal, unrelenting style. He is built for speed, and he uses it to tremendous adavantage, demolishing opponents by attacking from several different angles quickly. He uses his various styles of martial arts to overpower his opponents, striking skillfully, and powerfully, quickly. Sam has made hand to hand combat his specialty, forging himself into a deadly assassin.
Also possesses stealth training.
Weaknesses and Limitations
Prone to severe headaches, if he memorizes too much information, or overuses his precognitive power.
His powers are incapacitated in the prescense of a powerful telepath. If attacked mentally, his powers will in essence "lock up" and become useless.
At inopportune times he may recieve visions of the future, which will draw his mind away from whatever is in front of him, incapacitating him for a time.
