‎ OOC Information ‎

Sakrileg was my second idea for a dark hero, I was laying on my couch one day and thought about this idea for a former mercenary who, for some unknown reason snapped and turned on his own men, fleeing to use his talents for good for a change. From that basic idea Sakrileg' story has been evolving ever since so if details change don't be suprised. on a personal note, I know some players take poorly even OOC when Sakrileg' cold nature comes out and he becomes rather silent or hostile to them, so to help solve this here are a few RP notes on him.

• If Sakrileg doesnt consider you a friend please don't take it personal, its not me hating you its just his nature to try to remain distant from people.

• Sakrileg prefers for his past to remain unknown to most, so be prepared for hi mto turn somewhat defensive about it. Unless he knows your character he will not talk about it.

• Sakrileg, while generally easy to get along with is a fairly silent warrior, if he doesnt talk don't take it as a bad thing, he just likes to be as focused on the battle as possible.

‎ Personality ‎

Sakrileg, while mostly silent in combat, can be fairly social around people he trusts, prefering though to be the silent observer and the advice giver rather than the popular one. He is a natural leader and brave to the point of being seen as suicidal. Regardless of him not being as physically durable as other heroes Sakrileg will not hesitate to be the first to charge into battle, regardless of the numbers against him. Though most see this as him being reckless, He see's it as an act of leadership and encouragement to the heroes around him to battle through the wire.

‎ Powers & Abilities ‎

Capable of manipulating the extremely cold energy in his own body to freeze opponents, Cause small blizzards, freeze the bottoms of his feet to skate along at super human speed and even deep freeze himself to sleep and heal at an incredible rate. Sakrileg' powers are not without cost however, He has to almost constantly wear a specialized mask that helps reduce the temperature of the air he inhales as to not cause his body to take in so much to cause his body to go into shock due to the sudden increase in temperature. His arm's are also constantly encased in a thin layer of ice due to excess amounts of energy he focuses through them for his attacks. He has also become incapable of skin to skin contact with nearly everyone due to his abilities increasing in power, what has caused this is still unclear but it is thought the trauma from his own daughters unfortunate incident has something to do with it. This has also in turn, led to him being distant from others.

‎ Background ‎

A former top-class mercenary, Sakrileg was mostly under the employment of Crey for special missions where his special talents would be of great aid to them, what these missions are he will not say, but it is rumored that these are where he got the moniker "Sakrileg". It is said that his missions involved religious artifacts of legend and power and his ultimate slaying of countless holy men. On the last mission he was assigned however, something caused Sakrileg to turn on his own men, freeze them where they stood ,and flee the troop and ultimately to Paragon where he would eventually become the hero he is today. What has caused this switch is unclear and he has yet to really tell anyone. The only clear thing is that he is genuine about the change of heart and has done much to prove this.
