Sam Storm is the latest in a line of mad scientists, deranged engineers and generally somewhat unhinged tinkerers. She is also the second to don the suit of magi-tech powerarmour perfected by her predecessor to fight crime as a hero.

Sam is one of the founding members of the Do-Gooders supergroup, and currently provides their base facilities.

She has also recently been employed by StormTech R&D.

Personality

Sam's personality has undergone a number of fairly dramatic changes since becoming a hero. Initially extremely shy and reserved, she has since developed more self confidence.

Powers

Storm Summoning

The most prominent of Sam's powers is the ability to maipulate atmospheric conditions to create a variety of effects, from concealing mists that hide Sam and her team from sight to localised tornados that can seriously damage her enemies. These effects seem widely varied in effect, but limited in area.

Electrical Blast

Sam has also exhibited the ability to project high-voltage electrical blasts from her gauntlets.

Teleportation

Sam is capable of both teleporting herself over short distances and recalling teammates to her position.

Flight

Although not capable of high-speed flight, Sam is able to hover reasonably fast.

Abilities

Weaknesses and Limitations

The use of her powers requires extreme concentration, and can be easily disrupted. Spending too much time fully integrated with the powered armour can lead to extensive nerve damage.
