Servant of Chen Chi-En
From Unofficial Handbook of the Virtue Universe
Appearances
In his most common shape, he seems a man of unknown age, clad in a robe colored blue and yellow. His hands and feet are covered in yellow wrapps, and his face is almost entirely covered by a large hood. Should he choose to let his face be seen, it will allways appear kind and gentle, but with a slight curious look similar to what a kid would look while studying some new insect. The left side of his face is partially covered by a blue tatoo that seems to twist and change as if alive. He also refers to himself constantly as The servant rather than use a name in this form.
In his disguised form he wears long pants, and a shirt and vest. On the back of his hands can just be seen the ends of tatoos quite similar to the one on his face, though they in this shape stay perfectly still. His face will also apear more serious in this form, and he will speak in a more authoritive tone of voice. In this form he will refer to himself with one of a few names he has taken for use in the more upright circles of Paragon.
Personality
Appears to be a kind and wise man, often offering advice and aid to whoever might ask. He is however a master manipulator, and will allways cause this aid to serve his own goal in some way. His mind is not entirely human, and will therfore be hard to read, if not impossible, for all but the most gifted of psychics. This trait helps hide the fact that beneath his kind appearance, he cares little for anyone but himself, and would not hesitate killing or torturing anyone who would be a threat to his schemes, as long as it could be done safely.
Biography
Growing up among the eastern tribes of The Old World (Warhammer world) he was taught to serve the one they knew as Chen Chi-En, The Lord of the Shifting Breeze, more commonly known as Tzeentch - The Lord of Change. He had, it seemed, been blessed by Tzeentch with a natural talent for the sorceries of chaos, quickly rising among his tribesmen. At the age of twenty, he allready outmatched all of the tribes other sorcerers. It was believed that he would eventually challenge the chieftain, and become their next leader. But Tzeentch had other plans for him.
On the eve of his 30th birthday, he was out hunting when a portal opened nearby, and he heard the voice of Tzeentch telling him to pass through, to a place where his worth would trully be tested. That day he disappeared from the Old World, and found himself standing on what is known as Mercy island. He spent the next six years discovering where the Lord of Change had taken him, and how to survive in this place. And at the end of those six years he had found his purpose. To bring this new world to the might of chaos.
In preparing for this task, he soon met others who sought to bring chaos on the world, joining the cult known as the Masks of Nyarlathotep.
