History
Sev was born in Xemment Organization.Unlike most vampires ,whom change by a bite from another vampire, Sev was born from two experiments called #664 and #665.Since he was the next generation of experiment. Sev got the ID number 666.
Xemment Organization wanted to make the perfect vampire in order to carry out thier bidding and be the ultimate assassin.They wanted to make a vampire that couldn't be killed by stabbed via the heart or thier head cut off. They wanted one that could have slaves follow and do his every command. They wanted one that could make a slave at his will. Basicly, they wanted a un-killable,except by them, one man army that would obey thier orders through and through. The beginning of the project started when Sev came into life......
Sev had no contact with his birth parents, because after his birth. They were "shipped" away unknown to him. As far as X.O.'s expectation of Sev go, Sev could have slaves that followed him where ever he went, but how he gained them was the tricky part.
When a vampire feeds it sinks its fangs into the veins and drains the blood out of the body.The victim then becomes a vampire under the orginal vampire's will, but the victim has a mind.
Sev on the other hand bite was more fatal then that. If the victim is the same sex, which would be male, then if they are biten in the neck by Sev. They will become mind-less ghouls,rare cases ghouls with some mind intact. If the victim is the opposite sex,which would be female, then she has a chance of being a free willed vampire,under Sev's control to some point, or a ghoul. That chance is decided on her virginity, if she is a virgin the outcome is vampire. However, she will become a ghoul if she isn't a virgin.
Sev went via many training years. All of these were for combat use and they were; Handguns,rifles,snipers,unarmed,medical,and RPGs.
He lived and worked for X.O. for about 80 years until the freak accident came into picture. While on a assassination mission of longbow, one of the assassin droids went hay-wired and attacked Sev with a special bullet. Even though wounded Sev got the under hand as the rest of the squad reported the accident. The squad canceled thier mission and returned to base when they heard that there was an alert at the base of malfuction in the droids/robots. The first one registered Sev as a hostile and since X.O. employees "protected" or "assisted" Sev, They were classified as hostiles too. X.O. XX went down in a bloody battle of human vs machine, and Sev is only known surviover.
However, Sev manage to get a large amount of data about X.O. and ended up starting X.O. XXI around 73 years later...
Xemment Organization
Xemment Organization, or X.O., is an organization like Archonas, Freedom Inc., Hero Inc, Mooks, ect. The actual size of it is still unknown, for since it was started up 3,500 years ago as an idea and clan of sort within the Maya or Incas, but it has been "branched" to smaller buildings, or outposts. These outposts are marked with numeral numbers (I, II, V, X, XV, ect).The original creator was Zarek 'E Vexis, whom found the ideas and culture of it, no other information, beside first years of creation in 1493, of him/her has been found. It is also unknown if Zarek has died and another successor had stepped up or if Zarek is still alive.
In 1493, Zarek, located in NE part of Europe, started up a small cult called Xemte and few others had joined him/her. Xemte gained the upper hand quickly within the first year, but no one is sure if Zarek used "magic", if he/she was a brilliant inventor, from another planet, or from the future. Records show that Zarek hit some milestones throughout the next 20 years, but held supreme. In 1513, Zarek disappeared without a trace and Xemte started to scatter throughout Europe in hopes to find their Ultimate Leader.
In 1613, a new cult came up from the ashes and took the title of Xemment. Many ex-Xemte members came to this new cult, however, no record was found if they made it or if it was created by Zarek. Xemment tried to take total of Europe, but that was ended in 1627 by an unknown source. Xemment Organization I was started in 1643 and ended in 1664. No other records state the purpose, exact date of creation, or demise of any other Xemment Organizations until XV (15).
Xemment Organization XV was started in 1733 and was located in Paragon City. Explorers came from Europe to Paragon and the idea of X.O. came with them. X.O. XV gained a great start with all of the crimes around. X.O. XV ended 1755 in a fatal error, trusting and recruiting low-life criminals like Mooks, outcast, trolls, and infected.
The French and Indian war began in 1756 and caused many to escape to the Rogue Islands. Along with the settlers and explorers came X.O. and 4 years X.O. XVI set up base in the Rogue Islands. It had great support from the Council and Archonas. This is the year when they started to make authentic vampires, werewolves, and other creatures to become super soldiers. The council attacked X.O. XVI in 1784 and wiped them out.
Some survivors had escaped from the attack and created X.O. XVII in 1792 out rage and revenge. Once they had enough soldier they attempted to remove council from the map, and that ended in shame in 1800.
Xemment Organization XVIII was created by someone whom went by Vexis. Vexis was a brave and smart humanoid and made X.O. XVIII last until 1820 when several villain fractions and Archonas both decided to have a surprise attack. Vexis heard of this attack long enough to set a trap for them, He set everyone in X.O. to hide out until further noticed and set the base to explode when the sides where fighting each other inside.
Vexis planned worked and called everyone back in 1826 to create another base, X.O. XVIIII. It lasted in an upper hand against Archonas in a certain area known as Cap Au Diable today. The death of Vexis and X.O. XVIIII was a surprise by all. When the volcano erupted in April 3 1833, the base had the luck to be in its path. Vexis tried to get everyone out, but he died by the on-coming lava. The remains of the base sunk in the sea to be lost forever.
No connection to Zarek 'E Vexis and Vexis had been made or recorded.
Xemment Organization XX, in 1842, set up in an island near Port Oaks by a vet soldier that worked beside Vexis. This was the base that had a breakthrough in creating perfect soldiers. X.O. XX gained their members from the Mooks, ex-Xemment members, Archonas, villains, and even a few council. They covered much of rogue islands and added it into their database. Machines and droids in 1934 had a malfunction and started to destroy the base from the inside. Sev, however, managed to escape and get the database and information inside the computers onto disks.
73 years later...Sev created Xemment Organization XXI.

Sev is married and already has a daughter, Maria.He attacks and kills like he done in the past, but not as much for his main concern is his family. Sev doesn't help the Vanguard as he done in the past and is more focus on the Ourous Organization. In order to prevent any time paradox while working with Ourouis, he wears an advance suit in cover his appearance.
