Sharez

OOC Notes: Sharez is one of my older and more uniquely spun characters. She has been in existance since when I first started playing CoH, and have only flushed her out more since then. I love seeing people's different reactions to her very odd view on the world, and how surprised they are to learn there's more than just her.

History
Kelly the Shriek had just recently learned she was a mutant. Her whole world of school, gossip, and friends had been completely crushed when she realized that she couldn’t yell or scream. She had learned this at a football game in the worst possible way and set up with mandatory enrollment into a Super Program. She had just been sent on her first solo assignment when she was overtaken by her opponent and killed in line of action, but her body was never in the casket that was lowered into the ground.
During the time her body was in the mortuary it had been swapped with a dummy. Her real body had been taken to a lab for further testing. During this process they had taken her fresh and newly mutated genetics and had been fused with what they had hoped to be the perfect Goddess program.
They dubbed this newly fused creature S.H.A.R.E.Z - Scientific Healer Assistant Reanimated Experiment Zero
What they hadn’t planned on is for any of her previous abilities to still house within the body after the experiment was successful. Naturally the creature was frightened when it woke up to find itself surrounded by metallic lab equipment and men in white suits.
So, like any frightened little girl she screamed, which caused a bloodbath display of the doctor's as her sonic abilities blew them apart. She left the abandoned warehouse
Enter SHAREZ
Sharez was much different than the Kelly she was before. Being reanimated from the dead, she didn't feel pain. She didn't feel contact, but more or less felt in a constant numb physical state. Her heart, did not beat and would never pour the blood that she held in her veins. She had little to nothing in the way of taste buds, and her sense of smell was nearly non existent; that or it didn't bother her. She held blue and dead looking skin over her slender frame, with hair that had fallen from rich brown to a grayish blue.
Sharez did not act dead though, given the gift of science she was full of life. Everything was something new and an adventure unto itself. She had a certain innocence that had been granted, giving her the mindset of a very small child. She was always eager to help others, insisting that "Sharez heal". Her small word vocabulary often gives off the wrong impressions, but she will usually have nothing but pure intent. Some imprints of things she has learned have made her do things shunned by society, such as eating inanimate things to see if they "Taste Good." She speaks like this, without emotion, in fear she will make things "Splat" or burst.
Being a Healer Assistant, Sharez's primary focus is healing and support. She houses the powers to be able to heal most wounds and illnesses, and can clear away ailments of most kinds. Sharez is able to use this ability as well as portions of Kelly's sonic abilities as they share the same vocal chords. Sharez does not like "loud" as she puts it, and doesn't use these abilities often.
Day in the Life
Ever since the day Sharez had woke up, she had been hearing someone speaking to her. At first she was oblivious to the voice, and just thought it was someone invisible that was following her. But after she hid in a box and could still hear it, she had figured it must have been coming from somewhere -on- her.
Sharez had been wandering the streets for a long time. She wasn't phased by lack of hunger or shelter, she just felt numb. She was neither truly alive or truly dead, just more or less lost and confused. This was the state that she was found in by an individual who called himself "Father Anima" at the time. He helped her to break Kelly from Sharez's subconscious with a trip inside of her mind. A new union was formed on that day of Sharez and Kelly to share one mind, one body.
Current Events
Since the union, Sharez and Kelly have volunteered (After much debate and a lot of pleading for some control on Kelly's part) to share their time together. Their body is constantly moving, splitting times of when they would assume sleeping with one another. Their inner world, however, does grant them the ability to listen in to conversations and communicate back and forth. **An example, would be if Sharez really really wanted to voice an opinion on a subject Kelly was talking to someone on the outside. She would be able to convey the message to Kelly to share.**
Of course they have the ability to ignore one another as well, but Sharez has all control. Kelly knows this, fears this, but cannot speak on it should Sharez hear her growing concerns. Both confide in the man formerly titled Father Anima, but now goes by Lucious Anima. He helps to mend the bonds between the pair, and to prove to the world that Sharez is a being of innocence and kindness.
