I often begin to wonder where to begin with this character. I think if anyone, other then G'nyaskrnattu aka Oracle Void, has gotten the most compliments about a character. It's Shinrei. Some people who I find amazing writers gave some their votes of confidence and they had interest in the character which told me that I was doing things right. I also suspect, that a good deal of inspiration of the before mentioned character came from Shinrei, as I noticed that they're similar in many many ways. Both are overly wise, both have a bit of ninja heritage (Though it's a major story focus for Shinrei), both are extremely quiet and both are also loyal to the core. I also find that the most common question I get is one of my favorites. "So, if you're going to play a ninja, why plant control of all sets?" I always laugh at that really, but in the end somewhere in my mind I thought a plant manipulation ninja would be great. I was also in a good deal of thought as I rarely make mutant based characters and this was going to be a character I created to join my friend and her friends in the group Nation which is why I think I went the way I did with things. I suspected that there wouldn't exactly be another ninja, and if there was, certainly not a plant based ninja.
As a side project, I recently created a 'second Shinrei', which is after the collapse / silence of Nation in which his mutation has continued and he reemerges from the space station on a quest. Where I'm going to go, or if I'm going to continue with the project is another story. But I suspect I'll keep him around. I simply reversed the name, so I'm sure if anyone recognizes this name, they'll notice the 'new' one. I had him also proceed unarmored for the time being as well, but of course. He'll get his usual armor modes.
As I sit here writing, I've come to the conclusion that I should have done this a very long time ago, but at the time I was uncomfortable with writing in Wiki's, and I debated about the general long time feelings of a group of players (Nation) that I haven't seen in forever. As I write a story for another character, I find myself refering to the terms, culture notes that Talen and other members added which contributed me to hopping back onto Shinrei and wanting to see if there was still an RP chance left to be had. Here's to hoping, and if not. At least I added this note of history.
Final words, first, since Shinrei is the 'hardcore' style ninja, often times I'll use Japanese characters in bios, sentences, or the like, so if you have strange looking symbols, it means you do not have Japanese font enabled, so don't flip out. In the event you're wondering, Shinrei Jusatsushi translates to "Psychic Assassin", "Spiritual Killer" etc. Things to that nature. The kanji under the silence is how you would write "Shinrei Jusatsushi". As per my usual wiki, this one may be smaller due to Shinrei's ever quiet background, and even what's public is really only known by people aboard Nation. Still, here's to hoping this project works. A few other inspirations I drew upon were the Shin Megami Tensei series and the usual works of H.P Lovecraft that I often enjoy.

Shinrei was classified as a "S" Type Evolved, which had no bearing on actual power, but rather, when his mutation first emerged. In Shinrei's case, he was born a mutant with his powers active. In-fact it's been suggested that they have been further active before that. Medical reports are unable to confirm if that is the case, only by word of mouth from the young boy ninja is the only written past of his history.
Regardless of if this is true or not, Shinrei's powers did develop at a dangerously fast rate, and it this factor which pushed the clan leaders to decide on awakening the "Shinrei Jusatsushi" persona once more.
