Personality
Shizuru is a laid back, easy going person, since finding out about her powers. Her emotional state amplifies her powers. Most people would see a slightly guarded individual, who knows a good deal about teas, business, and magic.
Powers
Shizuru's powers come from her innate mental powers, and her ability to manipulate the air molecules around her and her enemies at sonic speeds.
Mind Control
Shizuru is able to tap into the part of her enemies brains that effect their state of being. Fear, Sleep, Terror, and even a stunned state.
Sonic Resonance
Shizuru is able to manipulate the air around herself, her allies, and her enemies to sonic speeds to enhance defences, reduce defences, and even clear the effects of someones mind.
Additional Powers
Shizuru has the Sands of Mu that the MAGI has been handing out to heroes who have served the city with distinction for over a year.
She also maintains a short time span on an experimental set of Cryolite Armor
Her Jetpack remains in the Legendary Base, gathering dust.
Flight
Shizuru is able to manipulate the air around her to produce her flight.
Fighting
During her many battles across Paragon City, Shizuru decided that it was time to give up barking orders and attempt to help hold the line instead. Calling upon an old aquantance, she spent months in Japan, learning various types of martial arts, focusing on defensive techniques more than offensive.
Coupled with her innate sonic abilites, and the blessings of her Childe, Kiyohime, Shizuru can now stand toe to toe with a majority of the villians who inhabit Paragon City.
Fitness
Shizuru is an accomplished Naginata wielder, while that is not a chosen power of those in Paragon City, it has allowed her to train her body for excessive physical situations.
Info
Shizuru currently lives in a highrise condo in Founders Falls. When not out fighting the good fight against the villians of Paragon City, she manages the Day to Day opersations of the Fujino Conglomerate. She spends a portion of her time using a magical device that she reciently came into posession of to travel to Japan.
