Skritchie started off as a joke, a Power Ranger parody. I ended up loving her greatly, and she evolved into the Mind/Emp Controller she is now. She is also my first 50 ever!!! I recently created her Praetorian Counterpart, Seer Serena!

Affiliations
Skritchie is a member of The Dawn Patrol. Being one of the youngest members, she gave herself the title of Junior Patroller.
Background
Skritchie was originally an average little girl whose father just happened to be a genetecist working for Crey. Apparently he was forced to use his young daughter in an experiment to introduce animal DNA into a human host to create a super soldier. During the transfusion, however, the chamber started to shake and was blown apart.
The small child inside was a mutant.
The lab was left devastated as the small figure's mind lashed out and destroyed everything. Upon realizing what she had done and seeing her father laying unconscious on the floor, she grabbed her small stuffed panda and ran. She ended up on the street for about a week before she ended up at a home for orphans. This orphanage happened to be run by Alumette, a member of Dawn Patrol. Alumette instantly knew this child was different, and had her take all of the hero tests.
After passing all the tests with flying colors, Serena Arkozan became Skritchie, Junior Member of Dawn Patrol!
Personality
Serena is the typical 10 year old girl. She is eager to please, and likes being able to fit in with the adults. She graduated years early due to her superb intellect. She is now in college and gets along with her classmates.
She does cling to one remnant of childhood, Sniffles. The tiny stuffed panda is the last thing her father gave her, and she cherishes him with every fiber of her being.
Powers
Mental Abilities
Skritchie has shown skill with various forms of Telepathy and Mental Suggestion, including putting enemies to sleep, or confusing them to believe they are fighting a common foe.
She is also capable of Telekinesis, and has lifted an entire truck before without flinching.
After meeting with her future self via a form of possession, she developed a form of electrical manipulation. The depths of which are unknown.
Abilities
Serena has a high-level intellect, probably due to her mutant powers.
Weaknesses and Limitations
Serena is still a child. If she is incapacitated, her body is weaker than that of an adult.
