Sky Radier is a Mutant Originated Defender. By far the most fun character I've ever played, and can't wait to further him more. Originally from the Guardian Server, I transfered him to the Virtue Server as my "High Level" character amongst my many teen-lvl heroes. It just so happened that he was well liked once moved to Virtue, and made it to lvl 50 quick.

Background
Treavor Victre joined the Sky Raiders at the age of 18, after he finished High School. He pirated his way up to a Porter position, which is above most of the other classes at his level, and was working toward a Lieutenant job. He mostly worked out of Striga Isle, and ship-raiding was his specialty. Over his career, he stole over $150 million worth of military tech, AIs, and expirements; with his squad.
Over time, Sky Raiders hit a low income. In desperate need of new technology, the stroke a deal with Crey Industries. Test Subjects for Tech. Treavor, and his squad, and one other squad was traded away. Weeks went by before he was selected from the jail-cell he called home to work. Well, he was strapped down to a table, and was subjected to expirementations of unknown imaginations. Months later, he seemed to be unphased by it, but he started to set of Radiation detections. As he watched his comrades die from disturbing mutations, purposely induced viruses and infections, and other horrible things, he was fine. That got Countess Crey's interest. He was soon expiremented on more, and as more expirements were placed on him, the more toxic radiation he let off. He was later moved to a Radiation-protected cell, to await future tests.
That night, a squad of heroes raided the lab where the Raiders were tested on. A full two and a half years after the trade. Treavor was the only one alive from the two squads. The squad leader, who happened to be Synapse, quickly radioed Positron in. From Crey technology, Positron roughly made a protective suit to contain Treavor. By this time, Treavor was missing both his arms from the elbow down, and his legs from his knees down from the Crey taking his body to see why he was reacting the way he did.
A few weeks later, Positron showed up where Treavor was hiding. He quickly whisked him to a lab of his, and worked on a new suit for him. Bettering what he could, with the technology fresh on the market. With this suit came a promise, to help irradiate the villains from Paragon City. Treavor agreed on that, and he doned the suit and became Sky Radier.
Personality
He is very stern, and quiet. He doesn't like to talk to new people and usually shies away from them.

Techno-logic
Treavor is very good with Technology. Always up to date on his own suit, he also helps with his Super Group, the Avante Guard, with thier technology. This got him a job with Portal Corp. He regularly Maintains the Portals and the machinery that help run the place. He was the one who rerouted the energy grid for the new building, allowing for 24/7 running of all 6 portals. He is hoping to help clear the island north of the complex, better known now as "Rikti Monkey Island" to build another complex there. Almost like a Private Lab.
