A note regarding the real name
Snowmeow's real name is fully Westernized (First name first, middle name, etcetera.) This tends to cause confusion with people familiar with Korean name structure, where her last name would be Kim, which is a very common last name. Further, Kim is not short for anything. It is also generally considered a male first name.

Personality
Snowmeow is a dangerous kind of vigilante. She's somewhat reckless, an adrenaline junky, and has very few inhibitions when it comes to her work. She has no problem killing the bad guys that get in her way, and frequently jokes about avoiding blood spray. Snowmeow is continuing the family business of heroing; her mother still terrorizes muggers in Pittsburgh as Stalking Panther. However, Snowmeow's methods are decidedly more aggressive and lethal.

Primary Set
Snowmeow has trained with the Katana and Tanto since she was four years old, and combined with a natural talent, is extremely skilled with both.
Secondary Set
Thanks to relentless physical training, Snowmeow is significantly stronger than the average human, and can withstand greater and stronger blows than the average human. Thanks to a very slight genetic mutation (common in the general populace,) she heals fairly quickly.

Weaknesses and Limitations
Snowmeow is human. Just a very strong and fast one.
Equipment
Numerous Katana, including several shinken (recent manufacture,) later koto (dating to 1761-1876AD,) and two koto (dating to around 1200AD) given to her by her mother. Snowmeow favors wearing her sword in a modified 'tachi' style, from the right hip with the edge of the blade facing down.
When working, she wears full-body armor, which is comprised of a synthetic leather outer shell over kevlar weave, with several ceramic plate and ballistic steel inserts. Notably, the heels of her boots are reinforced with steel as well.
She is never without glasses, being significantly near-sighted. Most of the time she wears prescription wrap-around sunglasses.
Character History
Snowmeow was born Kim Yon Sang-Ki in Pittsburgh, PA, the daughter of second generation Korean immigrants, on May 1, 1980. The best way to describe her life outside of the sword is average - she was not an exceptional student, and did not participate in sports, despite repeated requests. When she was four, she began training with the blade, after repeatedly trying to get her hands on her mother's equipment.
She began her vigilante career in 2000, working with her mother in and around the Pittsburgh area. In 2003, she encountered an attempted rapist her mother had brought to justice the previous week, making a concerted attempt to reoffend. Growing angry and frustrated with the lack of justice, her methods became more violent and lethal, and before long was leaving an ever-growing trail of bodies. Her mother has never spoken to her about it, or commented on it in any way.
She moved to Paragon City, RI in April of 2007, seeking "greater challenges." Some rumours say that authorities in Pittsburgh may have "asked" her to leave, under the possible threat of prosecution.
