Character History
Tiberius Maximus was a Centurion in the Legions of Rome. He was also a faithful servent of Mars. While stationed in Palestine, Tiberius encountered early Christians was eventually converted himself. Mars was enraged and cursed him to "live until the sun itself was extinguished".
Tiberius traveled the entire world in his many years.
More than once, he locked himself underground and slept for a hundred years or more.
The dawn of the Heroic Age changed the nature of the game. There had always been people with Power but never such an abundance of them. Tiberius felt like less of an outcast in a world where super powers became common.

Solar Absorbtion/Emission
Tiberius does not have blood in the normal sense. Pure solar radiation flows through his veins. He absorbs the power of the sun directly through his skin and he can release it through his eyes.
Immortality
Tiberius is immortal.
Abilities
Tiberius was trained in sword and shield combat in the Legions of Rome. Over his long lifetime, he's mastered numerous other styles of physical combat.
