Space Falcon is visually inspired by the characters from Battle of the Planets.
Part of her schtick is inspired by the 80's Transformers character Kup, who was constantly reminded of old war stories, and Captain Meteor's character Alien Avenger, who often talks about how primitive Earth things are, followed by an outlandish description of how amazingly different those same things are on his world. Space Falcon does just the opposite (everything turns out to be exactly the same).

Personality
Space Falcon is serious. Very serious. She does not make jokes, as Space Crime is not to be taken lightly.
She is, however, very prone to sharing her vast Space Experience with fellow purveyors of justice. This sharing usually manifests as a comparison between something at hand to things she has encountered in Space, such as Space Cannons, Space Nazis, Space Burritos, and Space Tom Cruise (who is a complete nut and believes the looniest things). She has yet to see the Space Needle, but you can only guess what it would remind her of.

Space Falcon appears to have had extensive combat and martial arts training. In Space.
Equipment
Space Combat Suit
Space Falcon wears an impact resistant, high-tech combat suit which amplifies her senses, mobility, and reflexes, even in Space.
The suit has a built-in recycling unit, IV sustenance dispenser, and pressure adjuster that allows her to live in hostile environments (including Space) for up to 1 month without restocking. It is unknown how she manages to keep her lower face and neck exposed during these conditions, some have theorized a small invisible force field.
Others assume she's just crazy and making it all up.
Space Talons
Her razor-sharp talons are made of Space Steel, an amazing metal alloy of Space Iron that is also commonly used in Space Cooking Knives.
The blades regularly need to be maintained and replaced, but she is quite adept at handling this herself.
Space Anti-Gravity Belt
Space Falcon possesses a belt capable of negating her own gravity and providing enough thrust to maintain a 60 mph airspeed in Earth's atmosphere.
In Space, she can fly much, much faster.

Character History
Space Falcon claims to be from a Space Police Force, and was sent to Earth to protect it from Space Criminals. Most people who have time to talk with her aren't entirely sure that this is the truth.
