Stellar Bolt was my first Kheldian. I created him with high expectations, and was never disappointed.

Personality
Stellar Bolt's personality is a melding of the minds of Keith Broward and Solarion. Keith brings intense curiosity, a fun-loving attitude, and a resilient nature, while Solarion provides dedication to duty, a wealth of knowledge, and the patience of a long existence. Their merger was near-complete, and neither can be truly said to be an individual any longer. Keith's status as a reporter allows him to indulge his curious nature, and Solarion's influence directs him to investigate those stories and events which will benefit humanity the most. He does his best to keep his new identity a secret from the general public, but this is getting harder since his managers are beginning to wonder just how he seems to be in the right place for all these amazing stories.
Powers
After their merger, the being known as Stellar Bolt displayed great powers of energy manipulation and control, as well as the ability to shapeshift and fly.
Energy Control/Manipulation
Stellar Bolt can create different effects through the manipulation of light and energy. He can fire bolts of coherent energy from his hands which pack a concussive punch, as well as channeling energy through his hands to give his blows more force. By channeling positive enrgy, he can heal himself and others.
Shapeshifting
By drawing on the kheldian racial memory, and converting his body mass into pure energy, Stellar Bolt can assume the forms of two of the former hosts which Solarion once joined with. The Mefnanim is a squidlike alien capable of powerful energy blasts, and the Kurukt is a gigantic, armored biped which can stand up to almost any amount of force. If desired, Stellar Bolt can forgo the forms and simply become a glowing ball of light, which gives him tremendous protection from harm, while allowing him to use most of his energy attacks. Doing this places great strain on him, however, and quickly tires him.
Flight
By expelling energy below and behind himself, Stellar Bolt can fly, whether in human form or in his light form. The top speed he can reach this way is unknown.
Character History
Keith Broward was on a hiking trip in the Apalachians with friends when a freak snowstorm seperated the group. Lost and freezing, Keith stumbled into a cave entrance, only to run into a glowing ball of light that spoke to him! The cave led to a Council base, and the light, actually a kheldian peacebringer named Solarion, had escaped from captivity. Realizing that they both needed help if they wanted to see another dawn, they agreed to merge. Keith would shelter the kheldian, and Solarion would share his power with Keith, allowing him to survive the night. The merger was surprisingly thorough, and the pair fled the cave. They managed to survive the night and were found the next morning by Keith's friends and the park rangers. After reassuring his friends of his health, which seemed to them to be miraculous, Keith returned home to his job as a news reporter. He soon discovered the extent of the powers granted him, and to Solarion's delight, all but insisted on becoming a peacebringer operative. After meeting Sunstorm, the head of the peacebringer force on earth, Keith took on his duties with zeal. He has aided the kheldian cause on several occasions, coming into conflict with the Council, rogue peacebringers, and various other groups. The merged pair have considered the idea of exploring space, but are waiting until they are sure they will not be needed on Earth.
