Traci McKenna leads a double life as a high-achieving student in Paragon City and a budding mad scientist in the labs of Arachnos.

Affiliations
While nominally Traci works for Arachnos, she has about as much loyalty to that organization as any of the other mad scientists in its employ. She is attached for organizational purposes to Detachment 13Z, a dumping ground for misfits known better by their nickname, the Unmentionables.
Personality
Traci is a high-functioning sociopath. She is able to mask her insanity well enough to blend in most of the time in her ordinary life - assisted greatly by her dual-career parents' inattention - but when not required to behave, she is quite gleefully cruel, in ways ranging from merciless bullying of her classmates to setting random passersby on fire and laughing as they burn. Indeed, Traci has a great fondness for fire, and before she was given an outlet for her pyromania in the Rogue Isles she was the cause of eleven home fires in her neighborhood, all of which were ruled accidents.
Traci is also very intelligent, much more so than she usually lets on. She finds her schoolwork trivially easy and often cheats on her tests, not because she needs to, but because she finds outwitting her teachers more interesting than the coursework. Her idle hands have found far more interesting work in Arachnos labs, although it's uncertain whether her or her handlers truly have the upper hand in the relationship.

Plasma Napalm Launchers
Traci's first and still favorite superweapon, the Plasma Napalm Launcher is a glove that includes a superheated plasma conduit and a powerful metamorphic field electromagnetic coil. By flexing the fingers of the glove, the wearer causes a jet of plasma to be released from the conduit and trapped inside the magnetic field, forming a ball of white-hot flame suspended in the hand. This ball can then be flung from the hand and manipulated mid-flight, to curve around corners, smash against and sear a target, or explode in a burst of thousand-degree flame. Traci carries two, one for each hand, but prefers her right hand.
Accelerator Suit
Experiments with bioelectric fields led to the creation of the accelerator suit, an armored bodysuit that hyperstimulates the wearer's body into feats of extraordinary strength and speed. Its bioelectric manipulation field can also be extended through foci in the arms to weaken and drain targets at range, or empower them with a jolt of bioelectric energy.

Traci is very smart, and entirely amoral, and intelligence without morality to hold it in check can achieve great and terrible things.

Nobody outside of Arachnos knows of Traci's double life, and not even Arachnos can guess all her secrets.
Equipment
Accelerator Suit
Traci's Accelerator Suit is her main combat weapon. Combining the deadly Plasma Napalm Launchers with bioelectric metabolism boosts, it turns her into a hypersonic blur of fiery destruction. In order for her mind to keep up with her ultravelocity body, it also feeds her a steady stream of wardrugs, a cocktail designed to keep a soldier inhumanly alert and focused. The side effects of euphoria, recklessness, and dissociation are irrelevant to performance, but contribute considerably to Traci's kill frenzy rush.

Character History
Traci McKenna leads a secret double life. Everyone believes she's a straight-A student at a prestigious private school for gifted children, a tireless volunteer at community activities, a talented athlete and the reigning queen of the social ladder. In fact, she is all of this and more - after her parents drop her off at her weekend Spider Scout camp, she is conveyed by secret submarine to the Rogue Isles, where she divides her time between devising ever more deadly superweapons in Dr. Aeon's secret labs and testing them out on wardrug-fueled massacre rampages.
