Origin
George Collin was a Atlantean who lived a normal life until he was confronted by several magical entities. These mystical beings granted him the power to control the sea. He used this ability to gain popularity amongst his peers. Additionally, he claimed everything he wanted. George manipulated everyone and everything, and became ruler of Atlantis. A jealous and angry magical being cursed him and took away his powers of controlling the sea, and replaced them with the power of electricity, causing a surge in the ocean, and massive pain because of his quick power switch. George, knowing if he stayed in the water he would destroy all marine life. He exiled himself to land, and wished to redeem himself, even if he could never return to Atlantis. So he gazed and saw his new home, land.

Martial Arts
Sub Abyssal was trained by the best in Atlantis and has a lot of fighting experience.
Electric Armor
With electricity constantly flowing through Subs' skeleton he is a huge threat to his enemies.
The Resistance
George and his friend Frank, who he met along the coast, joined the Resistance in The Underground. Frank and George, worked for the resistance for a long time and, proved to be useful allies to Calvin Scott, the leader of the Resistance. Proving their worth in battle was the easy part moving up in the resistance was not.

Neomorph
Subs' second super powered being to become his friend and allie. Neomorph and Subs' met in a back alley fighting some Destroyers together. Neomorph is comfortable around his friend, and can talk to him about anything. Neomorph is commonly found around the science district of Paragon City, as he is very curious about science.
Space Shinobi
When Subs' first met Space Shinobi he wanted to punch him in the stomach. He pushed everyone around, including Subs'. Though as they met Space Shinobi calmed down and got used to have Subs' around doing hero work. Space Shinobi secretly considers Subs' as his sidekick.
