Miss Megajoule was my first "real" character and the first to reach level 50 (in March 2006, approximately 18 months later). She was originally based on an unplayed character I made for the Champions tabletop RPG back in the early 90s. While that hero's powers fit almost perfectly into those of an FF/Energy defender, it became clear during character generation that "Moonfire" could not be imported into CoH exactly as she was. This was ultimately for the best, as it allowed MJ to grow into her own person, one firmly rooted in this universe.

Miss Megajoule is a Silver Age science-hero character created and tempered with modern awareness, hopefully combining the best of both eras. She's the most earnestly heroic of all of my characters, noble and self-sacrificing - the sort who'd fit right in as a member of the Justice League.
