File Image: An image for the organisation the file belongs to, just put in the file name (EG: MyImage.jpg) You can upload your own or I have put together the following for people:

File Type: Is this a Case File (an wanted criminal in Paragon) or an Employee File? I recommend putting the file type in caps and then a multiple number and letter reference number. EG: EMPLOYEE FILE : 679b - 0786
Cover Details: Other details to go on the 'front cover' of your file. This could be a subtitle or perhaps one of the following:

Image: The file name of an uploaded image. EG: MyImage.jpg
Most other parameters are fairly straight forward until History, Contacts, Skills, Powers & Misc. For these entries I'd recommend putting in as much and as detailed information as you can, I'd also suggest adding some images as 'file photos' to be attached to these pages.
