Shorthand for applying the Red Circle (City of Heroes) font (must be installed on the reader's system for it to appear). Use the first method to display using the Red Circle font, which will appear in all caps. Use the second to make it appear in Red Circle and using smaller letters for lowercase. This is mainly for use to style ==headers==, as the font doesn't look very good at normal size, but it'll work pretty much anywhere.
