History
Early Life
Eleanor's birth parents have not been recorded, although records exist of her spending a great deal of her early life in a pair of foster homes. Both families made remark that Eleanor had an affinity for working with mechanical devices which is believed to have led to her selection of the field. Due to severe damage to the census building in Steel Canyon from an arson by the Hellions, no history regarding her school performance or previous employment can be selected at this time.
Hero Corps
Eleanor Odessa registered for the Hero Corp Reserve shortly after her nineteenth birthday in July of 2004 under the name Advent Redeemer. She has not been deployed to active duty during her registration period, although there have been submitted reports indicating that she has remained an active hero around Paragon, notably in Steel Canyon. After returning from a lengthy two year visit in the Rogue Isles for personal reasons, Eleanor has filed for a legal name change to 'Ella Advent'. This file will be updated accordingly if the documentation goes through.

Dark Matter
The exact method in which Eleanor generates the substance she has dubbed 'Dark Matter' is not yet known. Her control over it is impressive, allowing her to shape and mold it into solid objects, although they tend to be incredibly unstable. She uses this instability to her advantage by causing the matter to detonate violently by colliding two batches of Dark Matter together, creating an explosive shockwave that often results in a fiery aftermath. She also claims to be able to reinforce building materials with Dark Matter, greatly improving their durability.
Climate Control
Eleanor has constructed weather control devices that can manipulate temperature, making small areas flash-freeze or superheat over a period of a few seconds. Although the devices themselves are prone to exploding if pushed beyond their limits, they can comfortably maintain extremes of both sides of the temperature scale indefinitely if charged by an auxiliary power source.
Archery
Eleanor has been a relatively accomplished archer since her teenage years, and through the application of technology and intense training she has developed it into a way to combat more conventional foes. She uses both her knowledge of Dark Matter and weather devices to equip her arrows with differing payloads, giving her a wide variety of ammo types.
