The Moore Brothers are two seperate characters - Adam Moore and Juste Moore - by @Parasite and @Beclem , respectively. The brothers are a result of brainstorming for about 1 - 2 hours. We eventually made two brothers, both dominators, with fire and ice powers.

Personality
The brothers are laid-back and easygoing; your typical 21-year-old. They enjoy harassing each other, joking, and arguing, basically your average twins.
The Brothers
Adam Moore: Serious. Adam can create fire from his hands, although he's slowly learning to broaden his range of assault. He hates puns.
Juste Moore: Juste is your average perv. His touch at times makes things cold, on purpose or otherwise. He also tends to make bad puns.
Powers
The Moore brothers went under genetic experimentation by Crey Biotech, subsequently gaining fire and ice control/assault.
Primary Set
Fire Control
Adam Moore, through experimentation, gained the power of controlling fire. Adam enjoys twisting his power, such as creating rings of fire around enemies or engulfing them in smoke.
Ice Control
Juste Moore, being the next test subject, gained the power to move, shatter, or create ice from thin air. An example of this is encasing enemies in pure ice.
Secondary Set
Fiery Assault
Adam also gained the power to use fire for assault purposes. For example, throwing a fiery blast, or breathing fire onto enemies.
Icy Assault
Juste, subsequently, got the power to use ice to his control. For example, he has been seen throwing razor-sharp ice shards at people.
Abilities
Being able to piss each other off very easily.
Weaknesses and Limitations
Of course, everyone has weaknesses. Due to the nature of their new DNA, Adam is highly affected by water or ice, and Juste has a weakness of fire. However that doesn't stop them from teaming up to kill some Freedom Corps.
Character History
The two Moore brothers were walking along, horsing around, like two average brothers. Then, out of the blue, a Crey attacker jumped out of an alley, tranquilizing the both of them, kidnapping. Test Subjects #1366 and #1367 were the only successful results of the experiment designed to interlace fire and ice into the human genome. A quick mind-wipe and Freedom Corps logo on their necks later, the two brothers set out to find and kill the "Longbow" that experimented on them...
