Crime's Comedic Genius

The Wisecracker is a crimelord operating out of Bloody Bay and St-Martial. Formerly, and periodically Dr. Jackson Rembrandt Weiss, the self-styled 'Crime's Comedic Genius' is a notorious bank robber and anarchist. He is wanted by the FBI, Interpol, and Arachnos for various crimes including grand larceny, armed robbery, assaulting law officers, grand theft auto, nautical piracy, rioting, kidnapping, extortion, counterfeiting, assault and battery, mayhem, conspiracy to commit crime, arson, embezzlement, possession of illegal weapons, etc. Despite all of his illicit activities, murder is not one of the charges levied agains the clown, and no one has been directly killed by the Wisecracker.
